"Dinner was absolutely amazing." Justinan told the chef with a wide smile. They shook hands and he asked Justinan for a picture, which he happily accepted. Everybody else had already left and gotten into their cars, leaving just Justinan and I with the chef. After the picture was taken, he took my hand firmly in his and walked with me to the elevator. He must've noticed I wasn't saying much because he kept looking at me from the corner of his eyes. What could I say? I had made an absolute fool of myself by going to that party with Jason and probably hurt him in ways I could never understand. He pulled me closer to him and kissed the top of my head.

"Chanel, stop thinking. You're overthinking about something and I promise you, it isn't that important for you to stress yourself about."

I frowned. "But it is...I went out with Jason that night even after you warned me about him. You told me and I didn't listen to you and I hurt you like she did-" He cut me off. "Who said you hurt me? You never hurt me, Chanel. What the hell are you talking about, love? Are you drunk?" I slapped my hand against my forehead and just let the tears out to get it over with because they were going to come sooner or later. "I don't know...maybe? I just, I feel really bad, okay? You tried so hard to get me to be with you that night and I went out with him and did drugs and God knows what else. I don't even remember that night, Justinan. I could've done absolutely anything and I don't even remember it." By this time I was hysterical. The elevator's doors opened and he quickly pulled me out and took me behind one of the large column like poles that were down there.

"Chanel, listen to me, baby." He said and wiped my tears with his hands. He shushed me and pulled me into his chest. "You didn't do anything after the party with Jason. He brought you and Jaxon home and I took you to my room. That was all, love. You were with me after the party. Absolutely nothing happened between you and Jason."

I nodded and held on to him tighter. "I just don't want to disappoint you anymore than you have been. She broke you and.."
He cut me off. "I'm not broken. I'm right here, love. It's gonna take a lot more than what she did to break me. I love you, okay?" He grabbed both sides of my face and looked at me. "Okay?"

"Okay." I said and he kissed me softly. "And no matter what you do or what you say, nothing is going to change that. Got it?" He wrapped his arm around me and walked with me out of the building where the paparazzi were still out roaming the place and taking pictures. "Promise?" I asked and held out my pinky for him. He smiled and locked his with mine. "Promise."

"And this is where the grand ceremony will be." Pattie said with a bright smile and clapped her hands together. London and I looked at each other and gasped. She turned around and looked at us crazily. "Excuse me?"

"Oh, we've just never seen this side of the palace before

"Oh, we've just never seen this side of the palace before. Justinan never said anything about having a whole other palace for himself." I mumbled and fondled around with one of the many chairs being lined up by the workers for the wedding tonight. London looked around in amazement and was completely speechless. Hell, that made two of us. This side of the palace was absolutely beautiful.
