" -and the glass slipper fitted Cinderella" My Mother finished my favourite story, Cinderella, for the hundredth time.

"Did they live happily ever after mummy?"

"Yes sweetie, in a big castle" She whispers, and  then kisses the top of my head.

"Yay" My six year old self beamed, "I want that to happen to me one day mummy! I want a prince charming"

My Mother laughs at me and kisses the top of my head, once again and says,

"One day sweetie, Now you need to go to sleep" My mum stands up, and turns off my light on the side of my desk.

"Sweet dreams" then she walked out my room.

That night I dreamt of my prince charming with a smile on my face.
