She smiled at me and made her way to my lap.
"So what's up?! " she asked entangling her hands around my neck.
"Lights and fans! "
"Pj yaar Manik...... "she said and laughed.
Her smile made usually made my day but today somehow I wanted to see that Potato face, Nandini.
" Batao na Manik..... "
I pulled her closer to me.
"Baby..... Jo ho raha hai woh tumhe abhi patah chal jayega....
" Matlab....... Let's cut this out for the moment... "
"Kuyn..... "
I could see her smile fading away.
I placed her tresses behind her ears and wrapped my hand around her waist , pulling her even more closer.
"Kuyn ki I have something more important to say...... " I whispered
"Oh really...... "
"Ahhhan...... Woh kya hai na..... Jaab taak I don't say this... I won't be at peace.... "
"What is it Manik?! "
"I... "
She raised her eyebrows and waited for me to continue.
"I.... "
"You what Manik???! "
"I love you..... Aur ........... yeh uss din ka tha.... Pending tha na... You told me but then Dad came..... "
"Awww... Baby.... I LOVE ..... "
The door opened. Damn why wouldn't people let us finish every time.
But then I looked at the door.
"Oh Murthy!!" I exclaimed.
Alya tried getting up but I signalled her not to.
"Mani... I mean Sir, your coffee"
"Hmmn ... Quick learner .... place it here..... "
She obeyed without a word.
I could see her constantly gazing at Alya. But who did care about that. Only because Alya had insisted had I accepted this and to be true this was real fun!
I looked at Alya
"Baby you want something?!."
She nodded in negative.
"You can leave Murthy! "
She turned to leave.....
"One more thing....I want the house cleaned before I reach home... Okay?!"
She didn't turn.
"Yes..... Sir.... " she said and left
I turned my gaze towards Alya...
"Its already done!! " she exclaimed happily.
"Ahhhan..... "
"So Mr. Monster what are your plans now..... "
