He opened his eyes and my mother walked closer to him.
"Hey" she said putting her face on his hand while trying not to cry. "I have great news babe" tears fall down her cheeks. "We're......going to have a baby" my eyes grew wide. He couldn't leave me alone with mom, the twins and a new sibling he hadn't met yet.
"What should we name her or him?" he opened his mouth to say something. "How about.... Annalise if it's a girl". Tears falling down my moms eyes as he continued.
"And David if it's...... a boy" he said gasping for air. My mom noded "I love you" she said trying not to cry. "I....l...love you to..........Tell Annalise I I love her to". My mom noded as he looked towards me and signaled fore to come closer.
"Son....promise me you will....... take care of... them" I noded as he closed his eyes and the most dreaded sound filled the room.
