Chapter 19- Scrubbing Up Well

I hadn't bothered exploring Brendon's house. I didn't want to be rude so I just stayed in his porch waiting for him to return. I had a feeling I'd have plenty of time to explore the house at a later date...
Brendon didn't lie when he said he'd be quick! He took short strides down the stairs whilst adjusting his tie.
'Wow, he looks great' I thought to myself.
Brendon was wearing a simple white button up shirt, black jeans and a black tie. His hair was combed back into a messy quiff and he looked like an angel!
"How do I look?" He smiled.
"Wonderful" I replied and he came and gave me a huge hug. We've no time to waste Lola! Let's go!"
The car ride to Shislabones was filled with giggles and small talk. We were getting along great!
Once we arrived at our destination, Brendon once again kindly held the door open for me. I thanked him with a hug and into Shislabones we went!
