"I will kill you later Hamilton." She whispered furiously at me for forcing her to be my dance partner.

And all I could do is chuckle at her kitten fury.

"I thought you are a mega music star and should be busy with some recording or interview." She grumbled annoyed.

"I am Stuart, I am very busy but it is all about priorities."

I answered her not sure how my priorities shifted.

"And you priority is playing with a bunch of school seniors?" She asked looking adorably confused.

I shook my head and smirked at her. She was clueless. She thought I was here because of the game night but it was her that pulled me into this. I wanted to be around her, her sarcastic comments, her insults, her reaction to my flirty words.

"What?" She snapped.

" Why do you think that you do not deserve to be appreciated?" I asked her softly.

She didn't appreciate herself the way she was and maybe it was because of her par excellence family. Has she not seen herself dance? She looks stunning and sexy when she dances. I still can't get that image out of my head.

She zoned out at my questions and after a while she asked me, "What made you think so?"

"Just a lucky guess."

Before we can talk anymore the game started and my song played making Elise groan surprising me yet again.

"You really do hate my music," I said amused swaying with the beat.

"Did I ever tell you otherwise?" She retorted moving with the music as well.

I was closer to her than I ever was and I couldn't take my eyes off. She was simple, nothing artistic or angelic about her. And yet she was alluring. It is not like I have not seen prettier girls but I have never seen someone that could affect my heart-beat like she was doing now.

I know she was getting uncomfortable under by gaze but I kept staring at her blatantly not wanting to remove my eyes from her.

The song stopped and she fidgeted in her place like she wanted to run away. We stepped out of the mat and folded it into half making me step closer to her. My hand itched to touch her, a novel feeling. I had been with girls but never had I such desire to hold a girl in my arm. It was like she is a challenge sent to me by fate.

She was still looking down, flushed a bit and looking nervous and edgy. I wanted her to enjoy the game with me so I did what my impulse told me and gently placing my finger under her chin I lifted her face up, so that I can see her, her eyes. She gulped as our eyes meet, thank the lords not totally unaffected by me.

"What?" She asked weakly.

"You are burning holes in your shoes Stuart, with all that staring." I teased lightly earning a soft chuckle from her.

"Look at you worrying about my shoes. Almost a nice emotion Hamilton." She relaxed a bit and grinned at me.

"So did you hear my old songs?" I asked her wanting to know if she is a ray of hope that I needed.

If she can hear the songs I wrote, songs with meaning and critique me truthfully without any mojo drama.

"Nope didn't find time because of all the practice and music night." She gave me an apologetic smile.
