Autumn

My body became stiff when the scent was getting stronger time by time. Then, there's the scent coming from. From the corner of my eyes, I saw a guy with a gray t-shirt talked to the waiter while looking everywhere. I calmed my breath and smiled at the other waiter when he placed my pancakes on the table.

I should just go to my room and called for foods, so there's nothing like this happened! I'm so stupid!

'Yes, you are so stupid.' My wolf said to me with nerves. I know she didn't want to be caught, but this should be her fault!

'Well, said the one who growled for foods like an idiot!' I snapped back to her.

'Now what?' She asked.

'Just act normal. Act normal.' I said and pretend to eat my pancakes happily. I tried to think of something I can do to disguise my scent.

But, what I actually did was forget about that werewolf and a flashback hits me.

*flashback*

"Honey, your breakfast is ready!" My mom shouted, calling me and my siblings from the pack's kitchen.

"I wish it was my favorite sereal." My sister said with a grin on her face.

"No! It should be my favorite pancakes." I said, opening my room's door and pancake's scent filled my nose.

"Told ya!" I said, teasing my sister.

"Hey little cupcakes." My big brother's hand was on my hair, and my sister's, messing it softly.

"Whyy! I just combed it!" My sister groaned at him and punched his arm playfully. She always got angry when anyone plays with her hair. I combed my hair with my hand and chuckled at my sister's behavior while walking to the kitchen.

"Looks like this birthday baby got angry." My brother teased her and came beside me. "Soo I think the present will be all yours, A." He leaned and kissed my forehead while I giggled at that kiss.

"Not fair! I want my present!" My sister jumped to my brother's back and circling her hands on his neck.

"I'm just kidding, Sam." He said pinched my sister's nose. We ran together downstairs and met my mom in the kitchen.

"Where's my pancakes??" I asked and jumped up to the chair with a grin plastered on my face.

"Here you go, birthday girl." My mom said softly. My sister then quickly sit beside me with a sad look.

"I want my sereal, mom. Why pancakes?" She asked sadly.

"Oh, I know, honey." With that, my mom placed a bowl of cereal with milk in front of her and that sad look turned to a happy look.

"My Audrey sisters getting old! Nooo!" My brother faked a sad look on his face when dad came from the front door.

"Where're my 9 years old daughters?" He said with boxes wrapped in a colorful paper on his hands.

"Gifttt!" Sammy and I yelled together, happily.

"Looks like they only care about their presents." My dad commented sadly.

"Autumn." He gave me my presents and kissed my forehead. I always giggle when someone kissed my forehead. I looked at the boxes and written on one of it 'love mom' and the other one 'love dad'

"and Summer." He gave the next 2 boxes to Sammy and kissed her too.

My family laughed and talked together in the dining room until I felt a sharp pain in my stomach and chest.
