Dior's Outfit

Dior Had Taken A Few Days Off To Get Herself Together And To Clear Her Head. She Was Starting To Feel A Little Better, But Not The Way She Wanted. She Wanted To Be Happy, But She Knew She Wouldn't Be Really Happy Without Carter In Her Life.

While Dior Was Sitting At The Bar Having A Drink, She Couldn't Help But Notice Someone Was Watching Her. She Started Looking Around Until She Locked Eyes With A Handsome Stranger From Across The Room. She Blushed As She Quickly Looked Away And Turned Back To Finish Her Drink. The Handsome Stranger Smirked At Dior's Reaction And Began To Move Through The Crowd Until He Made It To The Bar. He Took A Seat Next To Dior And Ordered Himself A Drink.

"Hey How You Doing?" He Said, Looking At Dior.

"I'm Fine." She Replied.

"That's Good. Do You Mind If I Keep You Some Company?" He Asked. She Shook Her Head.

"Not At All." She Said.

"Cool. I'm King By The Way." He Said, Extending A Hand.

" He Said, Extending A Hand

King

"Dior." She Said, Shaking His Hand. King Was Very Handsome In Dior's Eyes And She Couldn't Help But To Examine His Handsome Face. She Didn't Even Like Beards, But She Liked King's Because It Actually Fits In His Facial Features.

"You Here Alone?" He Asked.

"No I'm With My Boyfriend." Dior Joked, Pointing At Some Elderly Looking Pimp That Was Sitting Down At The End Of The Bar. King Laughed. He Admired Dior's Sense Of Humor.

"Damn Baby Girl. I Sure Can't Compete With Him!" He Said. Dior Laughed As Well. She Hadn't Had A Real Laugh In What Seems Like Forever. King Kept Dior Company For Awhile And For That Split Second...She Forgot All About Carter.

"It's Getting Late. I Have To Go." Dior Said, Getting Up From The Bar.

"Hold On...Can I Get Your Number? I Enjoyed Our Conversation." King Said, Grabbing Her Hand.

"That All Depends." She Said.

"On What?"

"If I Give You My Number Are You Gonna Use It?" She Questioned.

"Damn Right. Ima Use It Morning, Noon, And Night." He Said. She Giggled As She Put Her Number In His Phone.

"Ima Save This Under Future Bae Dior." He Said, Smirking At Her. She Couldn't Help But To Smile As She Covered Her Face.

"Don't Cover That Beautiful Face." King Said, Grabbing Her Hands. They Held Hands As They Gazed Into Each Others Eyes. Dior Broke The Gaze First As She Cleared Her Throat.

"Thanks For The Talk King. Hopefully I'll Hear From You Soon." She Said.

"Sooner Than You Think Gorgeous." He Said, Smiling.

The Drinks Dior Had Consumed At The Bar Kicked In On Her Way Home, But Thankfully She Made It Home Without Wrecking. When She Pulled Into Her Driveway, A Car Pulled In Right Behind Her. Dior Freaked Out At First As She Grabbed Her Phone To Call Her Brother, But She Huffed When She Realized Whose Car It Was. She Slid Her Phone In Her Bra And Slowly Climbed Out Of The Car.

Carter Was Relieved To See That Dior Was Safe And Sound After He Had Been Calling Her For The Last Three Days. He Knew She Was Still Upset With Him, But At This Point In Time...He Really Didn't Care.

"What Are You Doing Here Carter?" Dior Asked As Carter Got Out Of His Car.

"I Came To Make Sure You Were Good. You Haven't Returned Any Of My Calls And I Was Worried." He Said.

"That's Because I Choose Not To Call My Exes Back After I Find Out That They're Engaged." She Said. She Turned To Walk Off, But She Ended Up Stumbling And Carter Grabbed Her.

"Dior Have You Been Drinking?" He Asked.

"No." She Lied. Carter Sighed And Shook His Head.

"Let's Get You Into The House." He Said.

"I'm Good Carter! Just Leave Me Alone!"

"You Know I Can't Do That. I've Tried, But I Can't." Carter Stressed. Ever Since Dior Dropped That Pregnancy Bomb On Him, Carter Couldn't Keep His Mind Off Of Her.

"Why?" She Asked.

"I Don't Know. Maybe Because We Ended Things On A Bad Note. Or-" He Began, But Dior Cut Him Off.

"Correction...YOU Ended Things On A Bad Note!" She Slurred. Carter Sighed.

"I Know, But Dior You Can't Just Hold That Over My Head Forever." He Said.

"I'm Not Trying To Carter, But I Can't Help It! You Really Hurt Me And As Much As I Want To Forget About It And Move On...I Can't." Dior Said, Truthfully. She Wanted Their Beef To End, But The Way She Was Set Up...She Couldn't End It.

"Dior Please...I Don't Want To Lose You. Tell Me What I Have To Do." He Said. Carter Knew He Sounded Like A Weak Ass Nigga, But In Reality...He Really Did Care For Dior And He Would Do Just About Anything To Get Them Back On Good Terms.

"Okay...Answer Me This One Question Then. Do You Still Love Me?" She Asked. She Wanted To Know. She HAD To Know.

"I Have Love For You, But-" Carter Began, But She Cut Him Off Yet Again.

"That's Not What I Asked You! Do You Still Love Me?" Carter Sighed.

"No Dior. I-I Don't." He Lied. He Knew He Was Going To Regret This In The Long Run, But He Wanted Dior To Move On And Be Happy With Someone New Like He Was With Lisa.

The Pained Look On Dior's Face Hurt Carter's Heart. She Had Fresh, Warm Tears Sliding Down Her Cheeks As She Nodded Her Head.

"Have A Nice Life Carter." She Said. She Turned And Quickly Walked Towards Her Front Door, Leaving Carter Standing There Like A Dumb Deer In Headlights. Once He Heard Dior Slam Her Front Door, He Flinched A Little And Wiped His Face. He Had Just Made The Biggest Mistake And Instead Of Trying To Fix It...He Just Left Everything Alone.
