*Jacob's POV*
Emily was sent to the hospital and has a short amount of time.. she talked to everyone and it was finally my turn.

"Hey babe"I said walking in.

"I'm scared" she said crying.

"Why?" I said holding her hand.

"I don't wanna leave everyone" she said.

"It happens babe don't be scared" I said.

"I'm worried how everyone will be" she said.

"Babe" I said.

"You're the first to know but I wrote everyone a letter.. they're in my desk in the first drawer" she said.

"Okay.." I said.

"Please cuddle with me?" She asked.

"Yes.." I said and cuddled with her. The heart monitor was just beeping.

"I love you Emily and you will always have my heart" I said crying.

"I love you too babe" she said and kissed me and then layed on my chest..

I then heard the heart monitor go off.. I lost her.. I lost the love of my life..

"HELP!!!" I screamed.

"Please get out.." the doctor said.

I walked out and hugged Cameron.

"I'm sorry" I said and balled my eyes out.

-one week later-

Everyone was a wreck... her funeral was next week..I went home and things just weren't the same.. I got on Twitter and I'm guessing no one knew because they were still tweeting at her and stuff..

I then tweeted:
"Its been a week and I really miss her.. kms😩 #RIPEmily"

I then got all kinds of tweets.. they were all support and some of it was hate.. how could someone get hate about a dead person?! That's horrible! people are horrible!

I went to my closet and picked out an outfit for the funeral..

-day of the funeral-

I flew out to Chino and saw Cameron with his mom and sister..

I went and meet them.

"Are you Jacob?" Gina asked.

"Yes.." I said.

"Thank you for taking care of my baby" she said.

"My pleasure" I said.

-after they put her in the ground-

I just stayed there.

"You gonna come over?" Cameron asked.

"Yeah I'll come by in a little while" I said.

"Okay see ya" he said.

"Okay bye.." I said. I sat down on the grass.

"Hey Emily" I said.

"I miss you.. I miss your voice.. I miss everything about you.." I said.

I put a flower on her grave.

"I love you babe" I said and just sat there. My phone then went off.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Do you still wanna know who I am?" It was a boy.

"it's not worth it anymore.." I said.

"Turn around" he said.

I did what he said and saw a guy.. I hung up the phone.

"W-who are you?" I asked.

"I'm Evan.." he said.

"Why would you hurt her?" I asked.

"Why not?" He asked.

"Whatever... goodbye" I said.

"Wait!" He said.

"What?!" I asked.

"I'm sorry for your loss" he said.

I walked away and went to Cameron's house.

I walked in and went to her room.. I layed on her bed. I looked at her desk and I remember she told me about the letters..

I went to her desk and looked in the first drawer like she told me.

I saw all kinds of letters.. I eant to look for mine and mine said "to my Fuck Boy jk babe"

I looked at the ceiling. "Thanks Em" I said laughing. I opened it.

Dear Jacob,
You make me the most happiest person ever! We have been through some stuff.. but in the end I just loved you. I am terribly sorry for all of my mistakes. I am happy I finally got you to be mine but now I want you to find someone who makes you way more happier. I know you will♡ Please treat her right. I love you so much it's crazy.. you don't understand it either.. like even when you would date another girl or something I would cry all the time. And when I was around you, it's like my whole world lit up. Thank you for everything and making me to most happiest person ever! I love you Rolf Jacob Sartorius♡

I was already in tears.. I took the letters and went to the living room where everyone was.

I gave everyone their letters.

"What is this?" Taylor asked.

"They're letters from Emily" I said. Every one looked at them and opened them fast.

Everyone started to cry... and smiled..

"Sorry" Taylor said to Cam.

"For what?" He asked.

"Remember when I beat the shit out of you for scratching my car?" He asked/said.

"Yeah when I didn't!" He said.

"Yeah it was Emily.." he said laughing.

"Thanks Emily!" Cameron said looking up.

And after that everyone was having a good time.. like yes we were sad but we knew Emily wouldn't want us to Dwell on it.

We did everything we could and  hope she's happy where she's at.
