Ingredients

# 2 cups of turkey meat

# 2 rolls of sausage

# 1 cup of cheese

# 1 teaspoon of black pepper

# 1 tablespoon salt

# 2 eggs

# 3 tablespoon olive oil

Makes 22 meatballs

Tomato sauce

# 1 kg tomatoes

# desired spices

Spaghetti

# any desired pasta

METHOD

Turkey meatballs

# cut up bread and put in food processor. Pour into a bowl and add milk.

# shred meat and add sausages.

# add parsley.

# add spices, egg, and olive oil.

# Mix with a fork so as to prevent it from getting dense.

# roll up and place on an oven sheet then place on an oven tray.

# wash meatball with egg and olive oil.

# Place in an oven for 40 minutes at 2000c.

Tomato sauce

# Grind tomato and place on boil.

# adds spices.

# put in meatballs.

# Steam on low light for 10 minutes.

Spaghetti

# cook pasta.

# serve with meatballs.
