Ingredients

# potatoes

# minced meat

# green pepper

# onions

# veg. oil

# bread crumbs

METHOD

# boil potato in their jackets till ALMOST tender.

# peel the back

# using a fork or spoon, make a hole at the center

# make a sauce with minced meat, onions and green pepper by gently sautéing.

# insert it into the middle of the potato or divide the potato into two.

# using a knife, gently remove the inner potato and fill the vented with the minced meat sauce, cover with the other edge.

# after covering, insert into a we'll beaten egg

# pass through bread crumbs and back into the egg.

# deep fry in a moderate hot oil until golden brown
