Ingredients

# fish

# onions

# egg

# flour

# ginger

# garlic

# curry

# maggi

# salt

# dry pepper

# oil for frying

METHOD

# Blanch the Fish I.e boil briefly in hot water

# mince the fish and then set it to cool

# if you are using normal fish that has not been minced, cook the fish for about 10 mins then allow it to cool, remove the bone and mash the fish.

# put the fish in a bowl and add all the above ingredients Except oil and mix well.

# roll each kebab in flour.

# put oil in a pan and fry on medium heat.

# when done remove from oil and place on a kitchen towel to drain off oil. Serve with any sauce of choice.
