You feel rejected,
Like nobody loves you,
Says you can't be trusted
You feel alone,
They don't want to befriend you,
When they see you they groan.
You try to make friends,
So many people to choose,
The hunt never ends.
You ask and wait,
Maybe finally you found somebody,
Who will run to meet you at the gate.
Again you're betrayed,
All they want is the world,
Your walk with God is being delayed.
All they want is to use you,
They aren't really your friend,
They only want what you'll do.
Back away from these sinners,
God will help you through,
Those who follow him are the winners.
You don't believe there is anyone,
That will be there for you,
When you most need someone.
But there is! Yes there is!
The Lord is your friend,
He will never die because he lives!
He wants to share that,
To let you be forever his,
No matter where you're at.
He will never leave,
He will stay by your side,
No matter what trouble you weave.
So don't feel Alone,
God is with you forever,
You are never Alone.
