Beach Date

(Lukas' POV)
As I put on my jacket, something falls out of my pocket. I kneel down. It was a locket... It was my mothers, but I got it instead of my sister.. My mom died in a fire... I take a deep breathe and think about Jesse. I quickly make some food and put it in a basket then I look at a quilt and I roll it up. "Im ready." Jesse says. I smile and We climb down the ladder. "We can take my horse." Jesse smiles and I look at her, curiously. She pulls out a white horse and I smile. It was the horse from our first adventure. "you kept the horse?" I smile and I get on it. I put Jesse infront of me after she ties the basket.

As we ride to the beach, Jesse leans on me and I smile. "Hey Jesse, looks like we got the area to ourselves." Jesse looks up at me and I smile. I get off the horse and I help Jesse off. I hold her waist and she blushes. This seemed like a bad time to ask if I.... I bite my lip then we set up the blanket/Quilt. Jesse looks at me and she smiles. Her smile lights up my world. "I love you, Jesse." I smile. "I love you too." She giggles.

(Jesses POV)
As we watched the ocean, Lukas ate a little bit. I smile and close my eyes. I felt safe by Lukas. "hey Jesse? I was thinking maybe.. You could sing a song with me." He blushes. "I don't know... I haven't sang since I was about 7 years old.." I bite my lip. He smiles and kisses my head. "Lets just try."

I take a deep breathe. "okay." I smile and look at his ocean blue eyes.

We both end on the same note and I smile. I place my hand on the blanket/Quilt and Lukas grabs it. I look at him and smile. "I love you.." He whispers. "I love you too." I close my eyes and lean in. I blush as I feel his lips touch mine. His lips tasted of chocolate. I pull away after a mimute for a breathe and we both giggle. "You stole two things from me." I look up at him. He bites his lip. "You stole my heart, And you stole my milk chocolate bar." I giggle and he looks at me. "Sorry, but I can only give one thing back. Promise, I will give you back your chocolate but your heart is mine." We both laugh and I kiss him softly again. He kisses me back and we both smile. "Its getting late. Wanna head back to the tree house, Or do you want to coming to my house?" He blushes. "Lets go to your house." I smile and Yawn. I fall asleep in his arms and I smile.

(Lukas' POV)
As I hold Jesse, she sleeps peacefully. I have only been on one other date, But this one was much better. I smile, as Jesse murmurs my name in her sleep. "Sleep well little Princess.." I yawn slightly. "Oh.. I will, my handsome prince.." she giggles and I hold her.
