~from Eren's POV~
I was asking (y/n) how she was feeling (for like, the tenth time that day, since I couldn't find anything else in the entire world to talk about with her) when I saw her eyes widen and her mouth (not that I'd been staring at her lips at all) form a silent word, and then she was falling, falling...
...and I caught her just in time, laying her head in my lap and quickly checking her pulse. Her heart was beating far too fast for her body to sustain, but within a few minutes, her heartbeat went back to normal, although her eyes flickered behind her lids and her hands clenched and unclenched involuntarily.
"Teacher," I said, rising to my feet with (y/n) in her arms. "I'm going to take (y/n) to the nurse."
"What's wrong with her? Is she okay?" he asked, standing up and walking a little closer, but you were already halfway out the door.
I took (y/n) to the nurse, blushing as I realized that she was a lot lighter than I expected, but when I got there, the nurse was already gone for the day. Reluctant to leave (y/n) there alone, I decided to carry her home, and as I walked through the street, people gave me strange looks.
Oh, you mean normal people don't carry unconscious girls throughout the city? Sorry about that.
I ignored everyone's weird looks and finally got to (y/n)'s apartment, trying the door before you searched her bag for a key, but to my surprise, it opened easily.
I'll have to remind her to lock up when I leave.
Shrugging, I carried her in and laid her down on the couch, deciding to first find her room and then carry her there. The first room I checked was a closet, but the upon entering the second room, I was extremely surprised. The decor was sparse, yet clearly masculine, and the room was tidy behind belief. I stood there, staring for a minute as my expectations for an extremely feminine room fell through until someone cleared their throat behind me.
"What the f**k are you doing in my room?" he asked, and I turned, wincing when I saw my rival.
Wait, are you saying that (y/n) and her boyfriend live together?! Is that even legal?! "Ummm..."
He just stood there, arms crossed, eyes glaring bloody holes in my face.
"(Y/n)...was feeling sick...so I brought her...here." Just then, I felt my phone buzz with a text, and accepting the Godsend distraction, I quickly looked down to check the message.
Did Ackerman-san get home safely? the class rep had texted you.
Ackerman-san? Does the class rep know Levi? Why wouldn't Levi be safe??
What do you mean, did he get home safely? I quickly texted back.
Ten unbearable seconds later of trying to pretend that Levi wasn't trying to kill you with his mind... She was feeling sick, so you helped her home, right? Is she feeling better?
That's right...I never asked for her last name...
What the
Holy frick
HANJI I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!
"You're (y/n)'s brother?" I asked, staring at him with wide eyes upon making the connection.
"So what?" he deadpanned. "Do you have a problem with that?"
Kill me now!! Why did I not know about this?!
"Well, it's not like I care. Just get the f**k out of my room, brat." He leaned against the door frame.
Taking a deep breath, I asked my final question. "Umm...I was wondering...where (y/n)'s room is...so I could...let her rest."
Levi's eyebrows scrunched together, and if anything, his hatred seemed to grow. "What room? (Y/n) sleeps on the couch. Now get the hell out of here."
(Y/n) doesn't even have her own room?! But I couldn't do anything about it...
With a nod, I walked past Levi, mumbling an apology as I passed (to which I received a door slamming in my face, thanks much) and headed back to the room I'd first seen. (Y/n) was still lying on the couch, but she looked calmer now.
I want to talk to you tomorrow...I thought, holding her hand for a moment before leaving her - and apparently Levi, who was not her boyfriend - behind.
I walked back towards my house with a slight smile on my face.

(Y/n) didn't come to school the next day. I tried to ask Levi about it, but when he saw me approaching, he glared and deliberately turned away.
Okayyyy, then...
Besides him, I figured that maybe Hanji would know, but she seemed just as mystified.
"(Y/n) hasn't even texted me since yesterday," she responded with a frown and a worried look. "Well, I live next to her, so I'll check on her, okay?"
"Thanks," I said with a sigh of relief, before turning back to her. "Oh, and Hanji..."
"Yeah?"
"WHY DID YOU LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT (Y/N) HAD A BOYFRIEND?!"
She smirked mischievously. "Why? Are you interested in (y/n)?"
I blushed and mumbled, "No way..."
And thus, Hanji beat me again.
