*NOTE - In the chapter 'Mount Moon and the Strange Pokemon' A plot hole appeared. I never mention Paul, Trip, or Vanessa ever again in this story. What happened to them. Also in the chapter with the first gym battle, I realize Pikachu should have done no damage. it was a mistake.
Ash and the group were taking a break on route 4. They were still unaware that Team Rocket were under a silent manhunt for Ash and Serena.
What are they doing you ask? Just talking.
"Ash? Are you ready for your next Gym battle?"
"Of course! I'm pumped! What about your next contest?"
"I'm just the same! I can't wait to see the surprise everyone has when I use Absol!"
Absol pokes it's head up and stares to the left.
"Absol? What is it?"
It slowly walks over there growling softly.
"Absol? What's wrong?!" Serena whispers. Ash follows. They make it over a hill and Absol stops growling.
The trainers look ahead and see an Eevee dancing on a rock.
"It's amazing....."
Absol stands there and cocks it's head in curiosity.
"It would help tons to have it in my team with that dance of hers!"
With that Serena slowly gets up. She walks over slowly. Absol follows to be safe.
"Hey Eevee. My name's Serena! That dance was amazing!"
"Eepaa?!" Eevee jumps off the Rock and backs away.
"Eevee? Hey I won't hurt you.... I want to see you dance more!"
"Pikachu! Charla? Come over here and talk to Eevee for me."
The two Pokemon appear and walk towards Eevee. It seems more comfortable with the two Pokemon around and they start chatting. Pikachu and Charla keep shaking their heads.
The two Pokemon walk to Serena. Brock Misty and Ash also walk to her.
"What did it say?" Serena asks curiously
The Pokemon both take turns talking and waving and moving their hands in different ways. Misty and Brock are looking in with confusion while Serena and Ash nod their heads.
"So what your saying is that Eevee is scared of people?"
"Because something bad happened to it because of humans?"
They shake their heads frantically. They then talk a little more.
"Ohhhh. Eevee isn't comfortable around humans?"
"Because it rarely sees them?"
The two Pokemon smile and nod.
"Oh don't worry Eevee! I won't hurt you." Serena walk up to it and reaches her hand out.
"But I will!" Someone shouts.
