Callie and Madelyn were realeased from the hospital today, we were heading home. Thinking back to a year ago when Callie had run away and I was so worried, now looking at where we were and how lucky we were.
Callie POV
all doubts I had had about being a mom were gone now. I didn't know all the things a mom needed to know yet, but we would learn together.
Brandon- ready to go home
Callie- yep, were ready
Brandon- I have a present for you
Callie- what?
Brandon- we'll I guess its for you and Madelyn
he pulled out a small package and handed it to me, but I couldn't take it because I was holding Madelyn
Brandon- here I'll switch you
he gave me the box and took Madelyn from me, I opened it and wasn't expecting what I found
Callie- it's.. It's my mothers necklace, how did you get it back?
Brandon- I found it at the pawn shop, someday you can pass it down to Madelyn and tell her it was her grandmothers
Callie- I love you
Brandon- I love you too
