All the other times I planned to see Mario, I dressed up fancy and I tried really hard to look good. Today though, I decided to just be the real me. So I literally left the house with no makeup on.
At all.
I had zero makeup, a sweatshirt on (the blue one I had stole from Mario) some sweatpants, my hair in a messy bun with only water in it from the shower minutes before, and then ugg boots.
Part of me was honestly a bit scared because Mario's only seen me look decent and never like this. I was also proud of myself though because it's good for a girl to feel confident in herself. And I gotta admit, even without makeup. I still felt pretty confident.
Once my mom dropped me off, I got out of the car and turned around.
"Hey." I said softly to him. (While walking towards him.)
"H- SEE I TOLD YOU THAT YOU STILL WOULD LOOK BEAUTIFUL." He said extremely loud😂
"Stop it." I said with a laugh.
"It's true though. You don't have to look all fancy to get my attention. I just want you to be comfortable and confident." He said while grabbing my hand.
"Okay." I said with a slight smile.
