All I had was mixed emotions running in my head. Was he responsible for the locket which is stuck to me?

"What happened?" Kate asked.

"He can't do this"

"Yes!!! But somehow he knows that he's the reason why your locket is stuck to you"

"I can't believe this" I covered my mouth with my hand and sobbed.

Pain was making it's way in my body. That accident's scars weren't healed completely. It's been 3 months since that accident.

I moved backwards and started running. Far from him, far from Kate. Far from everyone!!!

"Maureen" I could hear Ethan scream.

Suddenly I found myself caged in pair of arms around my waist. I true to run but all in vein, I twirled on my feet and saw Ethan.

"Why are you running" he screamed.

I kept mum. I didn't say anything. I started crying.
I leaned my head on his chest and started crying even louder.
I closed my eyes shut.

He kept caressing my back.

"Maureen" he whispered.

I opened my eyes and saw my locket glowing.

I pushed him and moved backwards.

He's the reason for this. This locket.

"Maureen listen to me"

"What is left to listen Ethan?"

"Maureen it's not what you're thinking"

"Oh seriously then what is it?"

"It's because of me but actually it's not because of me"

"Why the hell did u do this?"

"Because of LESHIA" Kate spoke.
