David's POV.
Days at high school went by like every other day. I went to my classes, said hi to Liza every period change, said hi to Alex during lunch, hung out with Zane and all my friends.
"So, do you have like, a crush on Liza now?" Scotty asked.
"Me?" I said, with a raised eyebrow.
"Who else, dumbass?" Zane said, throwing a tater tot into his mouth.
"No, I don't. Why does everyone keep asking me that."
"Because," Scotty said, "Just last month, you didn't want anything to do with her and now you're suddenly friends with her,"
"And plus, dude, she's like the cutest girl here," Zane added.
"It shouldn't matter whether or not I like her," I told them.
"She has a boyfriend, though, dude." Scotty said.
"And?"
I was a bit annoyed with everyone asking me if I had feelings for Liza. I wasn't quite sure as to why.
