For a moment everyone just stared at Will.
"That was different..." Hotch said to Will.
"How?" He wanted to know. "You killed the man who murdered your wife!"
Will stepped up to Hotch but Morgan held him back.
"That's the point!" Morgan called out. "His wife was murdered! Emily didn't do anything! It wasn't her fault!"
Before Will could say anything Dr. Parker came out of JJs hospital room.
Immediately Prentiss ran to her.
"How is she?"
"We were able to bring her back and stabilize her."
"She is alive? Thank god!"
Emily hugged Reid and a few tears ran down her face. Will walked over to Dr. Parker.
"My wife is alive?"
Dr. Parker nodded and Will hugged her with tears in his eyes.
"Thank you!" He called out. "Thank you so much!"
Dr. Parker parted from him.
"Yes but she fell into a coma."
"What?" Will is shocked. And so is everyone else.
"We stabilized her, but her body has to recover from the shock. She breathes by herself but she is in a coma."
"How.. how... how long is she going to be..." Emily stuttered. She was so in shock and overwhelmed that she couldn't even finish her sentence.
Dr. Parker knew what she wanted to know.
"We don't know how long this will last. Some patients wake up within days, others don't wake up for years..."
Emily sobbed and Hotch laid his arm around her.
"Can we go to her?" Morgan wanted to know.
Dr. Parker nodded: "Of course. But please..."
Will interrupted her: "No, I don't want them to go to her."
"What?"
"This team is the only reason why JJ is in this condition! I am her husband and this is my decision. I don't allow them to visit my wife!"
"You can't be serious!"
"I am, Derek. I am more sure about this than I ever was on something else."
He turned to Dr. Parker: "Can I see my wife now?"
"Of course."
Without looking back he follows Dr. Parker and left the team behind.
