Timid Jungkook x Reader

Chapter 2

Jungkook's POV:

"Are we almost there?" Taehyung jumped up and down in his seat. I laughed at how childish he could be. He sure does act like he's suppose to be the maknae.

"We just arrived" Manager nim smiled at us through the mirror as he pulled into our reserved parking space. One by one we climbed out of the limo, Rap monster following behind our manager who was leading the way. Our concert was about to start soon and I hoped we still had a bit of time left to practice once more.

"Let's pick up the pace guys" Jin looked at his watch as we finally were backstage. The hairstylist noona quickly held my wrist and sat me down in one of the chairs to do my hair as another worker did my makeup.

"You nervous?" Jimin sat in the chair next to me as he also got fixed up. I snorted a bit.

"What for? We've been performing for so long now" I responded as my stage outfit was being placed on the table in front of me. Everything was so chaotic and I tilted my head to make sure the sound checks were being tested.

"Good enough" The noonas let out a sigh as they wiped the beads of sweat forming on their eyebrows. I bowed before rushing towards the dressing room. I blame suga for making us so late.

"Yah wait for me!" I called out as the members started placing their hands on top of one another for our little group cheer. The fans were already starting to pour in.

"We were suppose to practice on stage at least once before fans started coming in" I looked a bit past the curtain as I saw all the fangirls and fanboys.

"Well maybe if someone woke up at the time we were supposed to, we would've been able to" Jimin turned his head to face Suga. Suga narrowed his eyes at the younger member who threw shade at him all of a sudden.

"Excuse me? You'd want to sleep some more too if you had a certain annoying member always screaming around the house asking for Jungkook" Suga folded his arms across his chest. Jimin glared at him before opening his mouth to protest.

"This is why you should've listened to me when I told you guys we should've practiced once more last night but nooo, you guys never want to listen to the person who was selected the leader of the group." Rap Monster butt into their conversation. I let out a groan at their arguing when we were about to perform on stage.

"Now is not the time for this" Jin hissed as he scolded the three.

"Jungkook started it" Jimin murmured as I stared at him in disbelief.

"Yah" I shoved him a bit as he burst out in laughter.

"We welcome to the stage, B.T.S" The annoucer boomed across the whole arena.

"Showtime" I whispered as I went up the steps to perform our newest song.

(Y/n)'s POV:

"Totally going to wear this at Shannon's party tonight" The twenty-three year old twirled around a bit in the sparkly sliver dress she bought yesterday. I slightly began to regret not buying the two black dresses that had caught my eyes.

"You do you Dahyun" I sang as I observed my own outfit in the mirror also. It was a high waisted pink skater skirt topped with a regular white long sleeved shirt that was snug but not too tight.

"Where you going? Are you coming with me!?" She squealed as she stepped into her high heels that matched perfectly with what she was wearing.

"No I'm going back to my university. Some of my friends are helping me study for my math exam that is coming up" I said as I decided to put on some mascara and a touch of lip gloss.
