If you have watched Black Butler, Sebastian Michaelis (suspect 1) has claimed that demons do in fact not sleep, but can for recreational purposes if need be.
Is there any proof to second this answer?

The WIC is a fun little club myself and a few other Black Butler fans have created. We research the insane matters relating the subject of demons that normal otakus would overlook.
Our first case was a success. The question, 'do demons pee?' was magically answered. After this matter was resolved, we moved onto creating an entire operation.
The next question, do demons sleep, is even more challenging than the first.
