Satarou woke up in his wolf form, just like he remembered falling asleep in. He wore his necklace clasped around his neck. It was more like a pendant, really, and it showed a beautiful Bloodstone. It is a gem known for it's courage, strength, and passion. It was also known to have great healing properties and is such a beautiful stone. Satarou was happy to have it with him, though it made him miss his mother. It belonged to his foster mother, Lisa. It was hers before she died, and Satarou treasured it as the last item he has of hers, excluding his loved kimono. It was also the only item that he could wear at all times without worrying about it shredding when he changes into his wolf form.

"Brother?" Yui stifled a yawn and looked towards the large black timber wolf. Satarou took a quick look around and realized Lightning was no longer in the tent. Satarou decided to switch back into his human form.

"Yes, Yui?" Satarou gave his brother a small smile.

"Are we ever going to get our revenge for our parents death?" Yui looked down at his feet as he sat criss-crossed on the tent floor. He was fiddling with his thumbs in his hand, looking like a scared, nervous child.

"Yes, of course we will, Yui" Satarou said calmly, "but Yui, you don't need to worry about the revenge. Leave it all to me. I won't let him hurt you!" Satarou took a few deep breaths, "after all, you are all that I have left."

"But I don't want anything to happen to you, either!" Yui pouted, "you are all that I have left, too! In fact, you are all the family I even know!" Yui took some calmer breaths to make his voice more even, "how do you think I would feel if the only family i've ever had around was killed?"

Satarou's features softened. "I'm sorry, Yui. Nothing will happen to us. I will get our revenge on the man who ruined everything for us, and I will make it back out alive, okay? There's a reason I trained so hard for this. I will protect us, alright?"

Yui looked Satarou in the eyes, "i'm helping you, brother!"

Satarou sighed, defeated. "Alright, Yui. But the minute anything seems to be looking dangerous, you are leaving. I can't lose you."

"Thank you, Satar!" Yui gave Satarou a light hug, "i'm going to get breakfast!"

Satarou frowned. "Let me at least bring our clothes in so we can get changed. They should be dry now."

Satarou left the tent to see his clothing hung up still. Another thing the teen noticed was that everyone was up and about, eating by the fire pit. No one paid him any mind.

Satisfied, Satarou yanked their clothes down and re-entered the tent. He threw Yui his clothes and began changing into his own right away.

"Hurry, brother! Let's go!" Yui tugged on Satarou's sleeve.

"Alright, alright" Satarou mentally prepared himself. He had to remain his usual tough self around others. Yui was the only one who was allowed to see his softer side aside from Lightning.

The two joined the others by the fire.

Luke was the first to greet them. "Hey Satarou, Yui!"

"Hello" Yui gave a small wave. Satarou just huffed and looked away. He didn't exactly care for the other people. They don't know him at all and should never have the chance to. They don't even know how his wolf form looks yet.

"Well, don't just stand there, you two! Come sit down" Luke said. Satarou was really surprised at the fact that Luke was acting a lot more cheery than he had been the previous day. However, that also put Satarou on edge even more.

Yui sat down next to Luke and thankfully accepted some food when Luke offered it. It didn't take long for Yui to dig in.

"Alright, everybody" Luke spoke up. It didn't take him long to gather everyone's attention. "We need to relocate the clan again soon. After all, we have to keep hidden. Surely other clans will be after ours."
