~~~
I love reading historical fiction, and one of my favorite subjects are the Indians from colonial times! It's nice to find a story that touches upon the relations of two distinct Indian tribes. You did a nice job providing some history about the main character Nadie and the tribes. I like her strong personality, the main character did have to struggle with living the enemy, not to mention falling for the enemy~ :)
There were several things that bothered me. Since it's supposed to be historical fiction there should be little to none modern language, and there's a lot. You have more dialogue then story and details, making it sound fast-paced. Imagery and grammar are weak, but these can be fixed easily.
I like your story so far and plan to continue to read it! It's a special story that I won't drop! :)
