A few hours after we opened our presents we went to my mom and dads house and spent the rest of Christmas there.

A few days later - New Years

Justin: Baabeee???

I look at him an smirk

Me: Whaatt?
Justin: Are you sure this is a good idea?
Me: Yeah why wouldn't it be
Justin: Well it's not exactly a secret that your mom and dad don't like me, I barely got through Christmas alive
Me: Well, it's the last day of the year, lets start fresh with them tomorrow! Deal?
Justin: Ugh..fine but if they don't agree then I take it back
Me: Okay I guess that's fair
Justin: Why are we even having this party?
Me: Because it's my first New Years not living at home an I thought it would be nice
Justin: What's the point though? It's only gonna be me you and your mom an dad
Me: Yeah...about that
Justin: About what?
Me: I've invited a few friends over
Justin: Friends? Not that I'm tryna sound like a d**k but...last time I checked..you didn't have any
Me: Well, they're more like friends of the family so I've known them for years plus I've invited cousins and aunties and uncles and stuff
Justin: And when were you gonna tell me this?
Me:...Now...

I go over to him and put my arms around his neck

Me: It's okay...right baby?

He sighs

Justin: Yeah sure, I guess...so uh are you related to everyone coming tonight?
Me: Nope, the guys and girls I grew up with I'm not
Justin: Guys?
Me: Yeah
Justin: Oh
Me: Awwh are you jealous babe
Justin: No?...W-Why would I be jealous?
Me: Mmhm sure

We go back to making sandwiches and more food than Justin expected for tonight.

Few hours later

Its 7:30 and people start arriving, my mom and dad are the first ones. I hand them a drink

Mom: Thanks honey, so is everything all set for tonight?
Me: Yep all food prepped, Justin got the alcohol and fireworks from Walmart earlier
Dad: Where is he then? Justin
Justin: I'm here

Justin walks in the kitchen to us as if on que and hugs me from behind. I can see by my dads face Justin's affection towards me is annoying him. Justin knows it does though, which is why he is purposely over affectionate with me in front of my dad.

Mom: Awh you two are cute together...even if..well you know
Me: Yes mom we do so leave it out of tonight please? Oh while we're on the subject I need to make a deal with you
Mom: With me?
Me: With all of you
Dad: Which is?
Me: Tomorrow is a new year so let's start fresh, clean slate. The relationship between you two and my gorgeous fiancé is starting from scratch. Maybe you could even learn to love each other or at least like each other enough that I don't have to supervise y'all every minute you're in each other's company.
Dad: Ha! There is no way in hell that that is happening
Me: Dad!
Justin: Well babe my end of the deal is off
Me: No Justin, mom?
Mom: I'll give it a go, I still don't trust you though
Justin: I know
Me: Daddy please?

My mom looks at him

Him: ...Fine, it's a deal. But if he puts 1 toe out of line and hurts you in any kinda way-

Justin-whispers in my ear-: Does that include in the bedroom when you're screaming for more?

I giggle and blush

Dad: What's so funny? Are you even listening to me?
Me: Sorry dad, yeah I am and yeah I know
Justin: I understand Sir, but I'm not gonna hurt her
Dad: I won't hold my breath

They both walk past us out the kitchen and into the living room. Justin turns me to face him and kisses me deeply I kiss him back.

Justin: Yknow I'm never gonna hurt you...in the bad kinda way right

I nod

Me: I know babe

I hear the front door open and I recognise the new voices in the house, I run towards my group of friends in the hallway and hug them.

Me: Ahhh!! I'm so glad you're here!!
Them: Us too
Guy friend: It's been so long babe!

He looks me up An down and smiles

Him: Woah amazing glo-up gorgeous

I giggle

Me: Thanks Harry, have you been working out?

I feel his muscles

Harry: Yeah I work with my dad now on a building site so I'm always working my muscles lifting heavy things an stuff
Me: Oh oo cool, anyway who wants a drink?

They all say yes and go in the living room, I turn around to find Justin leaning against the doorway of the kitchen looking at me.

Justin: You done?

I frown at him confused and walk in the kitchen

Me: What do you mean?
Justin: Who is he?
Me: Who is who?
Justin: Stop playing dumb with me, that guy you just felt up
Me: Oh Harry? He's a friend I grew up with
Justin: Ex boyfriend?
Me: No
Justin: Then what? Your first kiss? crush? First true love? Cmon am I getting close?

I'm pouring the drinks

Me: Close to what?
Justin: What part he played in your past
Me: I grew up with him I've told you this
Justin: Nah you have history and I'm gonna find out what it is

I roll my eyes and get the drinks

Me: If you say so, if you find it let me know because I'd love to know what's going on in your perfect yet crazy head!

I walk out, give them the drinks and stand next to Harry.

Few hours later

I'm still talking to Harry reminiscing about old memories, he has his arm around my waist. Justin watches while talking to one of my female cousins who's our age. I look over and see them talking...well more like flirting, he sees me looking over and puts his hand on her leg. My look turns into a glare, my friend in the group I'm talking to notices and comes to me

Her: Hey, are you okay?
Me: Mmhm

I don't break from the glare

Her: Are you sure?

Justin whispers in my cousins ear, she nods and they walk upstairs together. I watch and follow them

Harry: Ooo looks like there's trouble in paradise...
