1. 'Somewhere'

My name's Vanessa.
I just turned 16 and for my birthday my mom is taking me 'somewhere'.
She claims it's a surprise.

"Vanessa, quick get in the car!"

She calls up from downstairs.
I look in the mirror one last time.
I'm wearing a blue shoulder-less top and denim shorts. (In image)
I quickly grab my bag and my cousins jumper.
My cousin Cameron and I have always been super close. He is more like a brother to me but, recently he moved away and I miss him sooo much.

He is sorta famous too....

He does vine and stuff and gets to go on tours with his friends. I'm so jealous but I miss him more than anything.
I tie the jumper around my waist and run down stairs and hop into the car.

When we pull up to the destination I can here a lot of screaming.

"Mom?"
"It's fine - here put this on"

She hands me a blind fold and I do as I'm told.
I feel her hands rest on my shoulders as she leads me towards the screaming.
Eventually we stop and she covers my ears. I can tell she is talking to someone but I have no idea who.

"Follow me"

A mysterious voice.
The voice leads us quite a way and then my mom covers my ears again. Before long I'm sat down.
I hear the door shut.

"Mom?"   

Great she has left me.

"Hey V"
