A/N: So today at school for ASL students they were deaf for a day (ear plugs in, can't talk, have to only sign/use writing to communicate and attempt to read lips) and it inspired me to write some more. Plus Im sorry if I can't update for awhile, AP exams are starting and I'm drowning in AP Psychology. Also sorry Ive been very busy and tired and haven't been able to write much.

"I was...Uh wondering if one day you'd want to see a movie with me?" Tao tries keeping his cool as he looks at Jungkook.

"Ah..Sure" Jungkook says with a small smile, almost forgetting how much he's hated Tao the past two days. 'If he's with me he won't be with Taehyung' he thinks as he opens the door wider.

"Do you want to come in and watch TV or something?" Jungkook asks

As much as Tao wants to he has plans with some old friends. He thinks about canceling the plans for a second but then realizes he can't.

"Can I take you up on that offer some other time?" Tao asks and Jungkook nods, "yeah sure"

Tao smiles widely before waving goodbye, "See you around" Tao says and Jungkook smiles back, "Bye?" He questions before closing his door. 'weird' he mumbles before going to his bedroom.

Meanwhile Taehyung just got back to the apartment complex and is walking slowly up the stairs.

"Hey Taehyung" Tao signs when Taehyung looks up.

"Wow you look happy" Taehyung signs with a slight smile

"Always"

"Any reason why?" Taehyung questions, Tao smiles widely as if he has a secret

"have you ever been in a relationship with someone?" He signs and Taehyung smiles

"I'm in one now, its..umm..new" he says forgetting for a second how to sign the word new, his smile slightly fades away after saying that.

"I think maybe I have a chance with someone" Tao says and Taehyung looks at him surprised.

"Congrats dude thats great, I hope that works out"

Tao looks at his phone screen in his hands.

"I'm sorry I'm running late I have to go" Tao signs and Taehyung waves a goodbye.

"Small world, who he likes lives in the same apartment complex" Taehyung thinks and he shrugs before continuing his way to his door.

"Why don't I feel that close to you lately" Taehyung mumbles as he looks at Jungkook's door. He's about to open his own but finds himself running over to Jungkook's. He rings the doorbell and waits a few minutes, no one goes to open it and he questions if the doorbell rang, not being able to hear it for confirmation. He rings it again.

Jungkook rushes to the door and opens it, his shirt half way on, pulled up over his belly button, he pushes it down before looking at Taehyung, Jungkook's hair dripping wet since he just got out of the shower..

"Taehyung" He says happily. Taehyung drops his bag and impulsively puts his arms around him, Jungkook stunned just stands there as Taehyung's face is in his chest and his wet hair drips water onto Taehyung. He wants to question why Taehyung is acting like this but knows Taehyung can't hear it, After a few seconds Jungkook embraces Taehyung back, as he pulls Taehyung closer he uses his foot to close the door behind Taehyung. Jungkook caresses Taehyung's hair with his left hand,He rests his chin on top of Taehyung's head.

Taehyung starts feeling emotional. He grabs on to the back of Jungkook's shirt, not wanting to be separated from him.

After he left the bus-where they last saw each other- and went to his doctors appointment they gave him options of what he could do, they said it is entirely up to him. They also admitted that they found the reason why the hearing aid didn't work, they will fix it soon but it is entirely up to him what he does, weather he gets it-which he doesn't have to use all the time, after all it won't help much anyways except for maybe to hear his teacher if they give his teacher the microphone and box that they can connect to it's radio waves, a concept Taehyung is still mind blown and confused about-, he can have an interpreter, or just not have any of those at all. He said in the future he would like to try the hearing aid, but for now he is fine with having an interpreter.

But as he left the appointment he saw a few boys in uniforms, he remembered one of them from his class, Minki the other two must be from other classes.

"That's the deaf kid right?" One of them asked and minki just noded "so does that mean he's stupid, I bet he is" the other kid asks and answers his own question. Taehyung just stood there a few inches away reading their lips, grasping every word, clenching onto his new messenger bag his mom gave him durning his last visit.

"He even looks stupid" One kid said, Minki stayed silent the whole time and Taehyung stood there wishing Minki, his classmate would shut them down but then he just added fuel to the fire, "He has an interpreter, maybe he secretly gets answers for tests from him too" Minki laughs a insufficient laugh, uncomfortable for talking badly about an individual he doesn't know well, but Taehyung doesn't hear the laugh or notice the uncomfortable tone in Minki's voice.He just saw the motion of the laugh and imagined what it was like, a mocking laugh.

"Retarded" one of the kids said before he laughed and at that point Taehyung walks away having enough.Taking a longer way home to avoid them,not crying, feeling no emotion. Wondering if maybe the choice he should make is not have any help at all. He tried reasoning with himself but found this one thought to be the best one; Never hear again, hear nothing at all wether that is reading lips, signing, an interpreter. To never communicate with anyone again and live in the world of silence and get engulfed in it.

Thats when he walked up the stairs and met Tao, wondering if he was there to see him but then after taking with Tao and seeing Tao's smile he knew he wasn't the reason. Thats the bigger reason his legs took him away from his door and to Jungkook's, he wants the comfort of someone he trusts. He wants the smile that Tao was wearing on his face. Little does he know, Jungkook is the reason for both of them.

Taehyung starts tearing up, not being able to be emotionless anymore, not being able to hold it all in. The guys mocking words and laughter filling Taehyung's thoughts. Their voices sounds a lot like his in his mind especially since he doesn't know what they sound like. Hard to know if he's taking their words to heart or if he is making himself feel that way, the demons in his head coming out to mess with him using someone else's words.

Taehyung starts crying. Jungkook removes his chin from Taehyung's head and moves his hand on his back, rubbing his back calmingly trying to stop his crying, but it only comes out more.

"I....I'm n-not retarded am I? Am I...S-stupid?" He asks his voice cracking from time to time and wavering between loud and soft but he doesn't know, he can't hear it.

Jungkook wants to answer no but knows in order to do that he has to pull back from the hug and see Taehyung's face, the tears, the red eyes. Just seeing him cry and him saying those words, broke Jungkook's heart. The questions sink in and Jungkook realizes more and more what Taehyung just asked him.

He finds himself crying, even harder than Taehyung is.

"You're not" Jungkook writes the words with his finger on Taehyung's back hoping Taehyung gets the message.

He puts his arms back tightly around Taehyung, Jungkook cries even more.

"How could he say this, why would he think this" Jungkook thinks as he holds onto the fragile boy in his arms, "the past few days I've been working on jealously and being an idiot when I should've just held you in my arms and been happy just that I can call you mine, I've been an idiot and, I'm so so sorry" Jungkook says as he stops crying, Taehyung doesn't hear it but he lets his heart out, not being able to keep the realization in his head. Planning on maybe telling Taehyung all of that after this moment.

The two of them are left crying in each other's arms. Taehyung's eyes turning pink but not as badly as Jungkook's. Jungkook starts shaking from crying too much but somehow stops himself in order for him to hold Taehyung as tightly as he can.

Out of all the moments in his life, Jungkook decides that this is one of the worst, the boy he has fallen head over heals for is in tears questioning his life worth and his abilities of intelligence and Jungkook has no clue why. 'Did someone say something, is he over thinking, both? who could say such a thing, he's perfect why would he think this' Jungkook's thoughts repeat over and over as he starts to catch his breath and slow down his own crying. Taehyung's crying comes to a cease, as he feels Jungkook's heart beat against his ear.
