I was happily strolling through the streets of Tokyo when I realized that Taeyong was lagging behind me.

I stopped walking and turned around just to see him smiling while looking at me.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"What? I'm enjoying." He replied.

"That's good." I said.

"But where are we going next?"

"We'll see about that." I said.

We continued walking but this time, he walked beside me. After a few minutes, I found a ramen shop. That was when I decided that we will both get in.

"Kaja!" I said as I happily pulled his shirt. He just followed me quietly. I was acting like a little kid. I'm just too excited since it's my first time in Japan.

We ordered two bowls of Shoyu ramen.

We waited for ten minutes and it was finally served. My stomach grumbled a bit although I'm not that too hungry. I got hungry just by the smell of it.

"Arigatou gozaimasu." I said after the waitress served the ramens in our table.

"Itadakimasu." We said before digging in.

Waaaaaah.

"So delicious. Good choice, nae chingu." He said.

Again with that 'my friend'.

"Ne. This is so delicious. Instead of getting full, I feel like eating more." I chuckled.

He laughed too.

"You're too honest, aren't you?" He said.

"You hate my honesty?"

"No. I like the way you are right now." He said. I almost choked on my ramen. I immediately drank some water.

He smiled cheekily.

What was that for?

"Well, I would like myself too." I said.

"Kurae. You should love yourself first before loving me." He said.

My eyebrows raised and I looked at him questionably.

"Stop blabbering." I said. I don't like it when my hope starts to go up. He kept on showing me some motives that I might misunderstand. Just being his friend is enough. I think. I'll be leaving his side soon too. It would be hard for us to see each other.

"I'm not blabbering unimportant things, just so you know." He said as he looked at me seriously while holding his chopsticks.

"Why are you like that?" I chuckled nervously.

"Just eat your ramen." He smiled.

I still don't know why he had to say that. If that was a joke, thaf was pretty lame. I'm trying not to have my hopes up but I can't help but think about him.
