The audition

Jess pov

We had been waiting for ages and soon Nicky was called in for his audition.

"good luck Nicky" I say to him as he stands up and hugs him mum he turns to me and hugs me I was shocked at first but then hug back

"Thanks jess" he said smiling and then walks over to the entrance of the hall where the judges are.

I sat with Nicky's mum we were just talking about the audition. We saw Nicky walk out and I look at him

"I'm through to boot camp" he says with a huge smile on his face.

"Well done" I say smileing at him.

My number was called soon after I stood up and Nicky gave me a smile

"Good luck" him and his mum say to me and I smile

"Thanks" I say before walking over nurvesly

I enter the hall and walk over to the X

"What's your name honey" Nicole asks me

"Jessica" I say shakily

"How old are you" Nicole asks

"Sixteen as from yesterday" I say which was true we didn't celebrate or anything we just had a normal day but I didn't care.

"What made you want to audition" Gary asks

"Well my mum and nan have always told me to follow my dreams and when my grancha died 5 years ago I wanted to show him what I could do but I wasn't old enough and now in old enough I wanted to just prove evreyone I can be the best I can be" I say surely

"who are you hear with today" Louie asks me

"None, my mum and brother stayed with my nan as she's ill and I don't have anything to do with my dad" I say shrugging it off like it doesn't bother me.

"And what are you going to sing for us today" Nicole asks me

"I'm going to sing everything has changed by taylor swift" I say with a deep breath.

"When your ready" she says and I look to the music person and nod taking a deep breath then when the music started I started singing and it was going great
