Deanna
Paps Bea called me a while ago and asked kung available ba ako later. Nagyaya daw sina Ate Jia na magsleepover sa condo niya kaya she called me para daw may pumigil sa'kanya if she'll do something crazy. You know naman how sleepovers of ALEs are done. CRAZY.
I am so happy for Ate Bea and Ate Jho that they had fixed some of their issues. Yeah. Some. At least di'ba, clearer situation comparing it with the past few years. Of course, I know, I've been with them kasi during their devastating years.
When I arrived at Ate Jia's condo, a sight of two so-inlove people washing the dishes are the ones that welcomed me. They're being playful again, nagpapahiran ng sabon at nagtatalsikan ng tubig. Kunwari natalsikan ng sabon ang mata ng isa kaya hihipan naman ito nung isa sabay magsosorry. Ts. Galawang malandi. I smiled as I watch them. Just like the old times. I thought.
"Deanna! Anjan ka na pala." Ate Jia welcomed me with a hug.
"Yeah. Yung parents ko kasi naglalandian kaya hindi ako napansin." I said loudly so the two would hear me. I was succesful because they stopped whatever they were doing.
"Baby Deanns! Namiss kita." Ate Jho was going to make beso sana but I stopped her. Basang basa kaya siya!
"Hey, Deanns!"
"Enjoying the night already, Papi, huh." Tinignan naman niya ako ng masama at nagmouth ng gago. Haha. Asar talaga 'to.
So the two resumed what they were doing in the kitchen while Ate Ella, Ate Jia and I were catching up.
"What do you think naman with the situation of the two?" I said pertaining to Jhobea.
"I am happy that they're both happy, well, atleast now. Siyempre, dadating at dadating din 'yung time na ikakasal si Jho kay Rex."
I looked at the two and yes, their laugh and smiles are more than enough to say that they are genuinely happy right now.
"Agree ako sa'yo, Jia. Natatakot talaga ako na dumating ang araw na'yon. Natatakot ako na babalik nanaman 'yung everyday MMK ni Jho." Ate Ells said.
"Well, let's just be happy for them na lang. Wag na muna natin isipin ang mga mangyayari."
"Oo nga. Ibahin na natin 'yung topic baka maiyak tayo." Ate Ella joked.
"Oh, Deanna, are you aware ba pala with Mads being with Pongs."
I laughed a little. I can feel their concern na baka hindi pa ako nakakamove on kay Ponggay pero the truth is yeah, I still haven't. "Yes, I am so updated with their relationship. Ponggay always makes kwento." Even if we're mag-ex, Ponggay and I still remained as friends.
"So, what do you feel?" Napatingin ako sa papalapit na Jho and Bea.
"I'm happy for them, nay."
"Talaga ba, nak?" All eyes were on me.
"Oo. Bakit ba ako trip niyo ngayon, ha? Drinks na nga tayo." I changed the topic because of course, I am so affected with my friend being in a relationship with my ex. I might have an MMK session dito kung itutuloy pa itong topic.
Ate Jia volunteered to get our drinks.
"Minute maid orange juice"
"Alaska milk"
"Nestea lemon iced tea"
Those were the drinks that Ate Jia offered us.
"Are you serious?"
"Ano 'to, Morado?"
"Akala ko ba lasing night?"
Reklamo namin nina Ate Bea and Ate Ella.
"For a change naman mga beshy tsaka it's better when we're sober. Walang kalat, walang mangyayaring kabaliwan, walang mababaliw, walang kahihiyan at walang aalagaan." We didn't agree at first pero wala rin naman kaming nagawa dahil sa'kanya ang place and support naman si Ate Jho. Siyempre, pa-under naman itong si Ate Bea kaya wala na kaming magagawa ni Ate Ells.
