Chapter 14: He Asked Me!
Katniss's POV
"Katniss, can I ask you something?"Peeta says lifting my chin to look at him. Then and there I now exactly what he is going to ask and exactly what I am going to say.
"You just did." I say smiling. He chuckles. It's funny how we can act however we want when we are with each other.
"But yes you can ask me a question." I say smiling. Odd thing is Peeta seems nervous.
"Would you like... t-to go to p-p-prom with me?" He asks and seems twice as nervous.
Without hesitation i answer his question.
"I have been waiting for ask me for weeks now!" I say. I looks at me with the biggest smile I have seen. I wrap my arms around his neck and I hug him and he returns the favor by hugging me back.
~Hey. So would you think? Sorry this chapter is short, i have an idea for the next chapter, it just wouldn't work to putr in this chapter.
Katniss is going to Prom with Peeta! YAY!
