The prominent sound of a heartbeat was fresh in my ears when I woke up this morning with my head resting on Freddie's bare chest.
I couldn't help but smile a little as I thought about what went on between my boyfriend and I last night. To say it was absolutely perfect all three times that it happened, would be an understatement.
Carefully getting out of bed without waking him, I quickly slipped on his shirt and then made my way out of my room and into the bathroom to shower. As the hot water ran over my skin, I couldn't help but wonder how I had gotten lucky enough to nab someone as incredible as Freddie. I've upgraded sooo hard since my last relationship (with Mr Jerkface that won't be named).
After I had finished my shower, I quietly padded back into my room and got dressed into a pair of denim shorts and a cute tank top before going into Mallory's room to dry my hair.
As I stood in the kitchen making toast for breakfast, a message from my best friend on our dance group chat came through.

After we had all confirmed for tomorrow, our chat had ended and I was allowed to finish making my toast.
"Good morning," Freddie said to me as he wrapped his arms around my waist from behind.
"Morning," I smiled at him as I turned around and then pressed my lips against his.
"Sleep well?" He asked once we had pulled away.
"Like a baby," I replied, resisting the urge to grin like an idiot at him.
After we had eaten a quick breakfast, he showered and then had to leave because he was due at work with his dad.
Just after twelve Mallory arrived home with Starbucks in hand. God bless her.
"Sooo, you and Freddie last night," She winked at me while we sat in the living room eating cookies and drinking our coffee.
I couldn't help but smirk. "Yeeeah?"
