Unbeknownst to him, there was a certain shadow overhearing the whole conversation Taehyungie had with Bang Pd. 

Hearing Taehyung's footsteps approach the door, the figure hurriedly moved back to conceal himself from the blonde-haired male. 

His eyes still open in shock, Yoongi smiled in pride. 

He had always known the younger male had a heart of gold and would always notice the slightly more concealed things as compared to others.

It was in Taehyung's blood to notice if someone was feeling sad or a bit more off that day, and the younger male would always arrive to somewhat the correct conclusion and would try his best to make the person feel better.

Yoongi smiled briefly as he recalled the time where he was feeling so frustrated about the lack of progress on his mixtape. 

It had been Taehyung who was constantly there for him emotionally, hyping him up with his previous works. With songs he produced, like Jump! , Fun boys, Yoongi couldn't help but glow with pride whenever he saw Taehyung rattling off the lyrics like it was nothing.

Of course, Yoongi would never realise the way how Taehyung would purposefully belt out the lyrics just a bit louder everytime he caught Yoongi at the corner of his eye.  Nor would Yoongi realise how the side of his mouth would quirk upwards whenever he sees Taehyung do that. 

But, noticing it, Taehyung would never fail to smile and continue with his antics to make his hyung happy. 

Naturally, after the first few weeks of Taehyung doing so, Yoongi soon realised the younger's efforts and honestly, he had never felt his heart as full as that before. 

It was almost like the time where they had just debut and had absolutely no money for food, but Taehyung still gave him all of his meat when the duo went out to eat together. (A/N: this was real btw!! <3)

Whenever Yoongi thought of that, he couldn't help but feel really grateful and happy to have a dongsaeng like Taehyung. 

Smiling gently to himself, Yoongi slipped his hands in his pockets and walked away, whistling. 

Deciding to simply head back to the dorms to take a quick shower, Yoongi tried to keep his cool facade and stop whistling. Unknown to him, there was light bounce in his step when he walked.
