"It's a date! It's a mother fuckin' date!" I gushed to Alyssa, Grace and Nick as I slid into the cafeteria seat next to Grace.

"Oh my gosh, really?!" Grace asked with excitement, and I nodded quickly and smiled.

"That's my best friend, bitch!" Nick held up his hand for me to high five.

"Yes!" I yell happily, highfiving Nick.

"It took you guys long enough!" Alyssa sighed with relief, "I thought you guys would be 'friends with benefits' forever!"

I playfully roll my eyes at Alyssa. "Okay, same though. My dumbass actually thought she would say no!"

"After all the talking she did about you, like you're fucking Beyoncé?" Nick rhetorically asked, with a 'are you kidding me?' face. "Nah bitch."

"Awww this is so cute! I need to write a fanfic about this!" Grace smiled, holding onto her cheeks. "My Jadelle ship is sailing!"

"Grace, all you do is write fanfic!" Nick points out, which makes us all laugh.

"Okay, but in all seriousness, this dress really came in handy." I look down at my dress, "Thank god she said yes."

"Why did you wear the dress to school?" Alyssa questions, "You could've wore something else and changed in the restroom during dismissal."

"She has a point," Nick comments, and Grace nods in agreement.

"You guys are right!" I groan, facepalming myself. "That made so much sense, I should've done that."

"Oh well," Grace shrugs, "At least you don't have gym. That makes your situation a lot better."

"True," I chuckle, "I have such smart friends."

We talked for the rest of the lunch, and I didn't even realize I didn't eat. I was too excited to eat.

Brrring! Brrring! The bell went to conclude the period. Everyone started to throw away their trays and scurry out of the cafeteria.

"Oh my gosh, it's like rush hour in here!" I complain, "Add this onto the reason I never eat in here."

"Or eat period," Alyssa says as we all head for the front cafeteria doors, "We all offered you some food, but you rejected us all. That's odd of you."

"I'm way too pumped to eat." I admit, smiling. "I'm still in shock that she said yes, and that I actually have a date with her!"

"That you have to wait 4 more hours for," Grace added.

"Don't remind me!" I groan, "Ughh. Why can't the school day be over already?"

Nick shrugs and laughs, as we drop him and Alyssa to their 5th period classes. "I don't know, bitch! But, tell us how it is tomorrow. I wanna hear all the details, and see your face when you tell us."

"I definitely will. Have a good day, you guys!" I say, as Alyssa and I wave goodbye to them, since I only had 3rd period with Grace and 1st with Nick.
