" Wait so know one passes the exam except that little brat " yelled one of the applications in the crowd. I wasn't sure one weather to be happy and excited or sad and disappointed. I mean passing is nice, but passing without my friends doesn't make me happy.

" nobody passes! " " is she serious?! " " this has to be a joke " people started to whisper to each other. It looked like everyone was starting to realize they were all in a bad situation, I looked up to Menchi and saw that expression on her face. She was dead serious.

Suddenly their was a large bang it sounded like someone just broke their station. Everyone turned to the direction it was coming from and saw the same big man that was causing a commotion before. He had blond hair that was  tied into a ponytail, and a irritated expression on his face. " this is unacceptable, do you hear me, I will not except this. " he said looking directly at Menchi.

" Say what you want but you all still failed, don't be mad just because this little girl has a little bit more talent than all of you, oh who am I kidding, A LOT more talent " she said while putting her hands on my shoulders . " shut the hell up!!! You asked for pork and we gave it to you!!! We risked our lives just so- " " your challenge was to prepare pork dish that was to satisfy both of us, and none of you even came close except for number 117 " Menchi yelled back to him cutting him off.

" you all did pretty much the exact same thing, it's like you guys didn't even try to figure it out. It is clear that none of you took this seriously " she added. I was just standing there awkwardly next to Buhara he looked down to me then smiled. I was kinda confused but smiled back anyway. " hey, Menchi you should really try to calm down "

Buhara tried to tell her but she just wouldn't listen. " yeah but come on pork, no matter how you cook it it's always going to be just pork. " said Hanzo one of the applicants. He was a bald man that wore a black shirt with large shoulders. Along with gray pants he has bandages wrapped around his wrists and ankles. but no matter what he looked, like that comment really Pissed Menchi off.

" you want to say that one more time, if I hear anymore crap from you, I'll shove my arm up your ass and nock your teeth out!!!!! " " whoa, um....Menchi-San I don't think... " I said but was cut of by Buhara " it's ok, sometimes she gets like this, she let's her temper get the best of her occasionally. But I guess this is no surprise, there's only a few chefs in the world who are good enough to satisfy her. So in other words you're pretty special. " he said looking at me warmly.

" oh! Uh! I don't know about all that but thanks. " I said smiling back to him it's amazing how many goodhearted people you could meet while taking the hunter exam. " anyway let's get this straight, we garment hunters frequently go out into the dens of the most ferocious beast in search of the finest ingredients. And every Hunter is proficient in at least some form of martial arts. You are all lack focus and the wheel to experiment with new things and that alone disqualifies you all from becoming hunters. " she said it looks like she wasn't budging which kind of makes me a little sad because I won't be able to finish the hunter exam with my new friends.

" well with that being said, it would seem to be a bit excessive to fail every single applicant " we all heard a voice coming from above and look up to see it was a air ship one with the hunter Association symbol on it. It must be someone from the exam committee I thought to myself. Suddenly out of nowhere someone jumps out of the blimp and lands feet first on the ground with ease, with the dirt flying everywhere it was hard to get a good view on who it was but when it cleared up we all saw a old man. He had a ponytail, a thick beard, and stretched earlobes with two piercings in both ears he was also wearing a traditional man's kimono and pair of Geta.
