Trick Tower

Y/N's POV

Morning had finally arrived, and I was wide awake. Witch was weird since I had fallen asleep pretty late.

I looked to my right to see Kurapika still fast asleep, I smiled to myself and decided it would probably be best to let him sleep. So I slowly and carefully got up and walked out the door to try and find Killua and Gon.

I wandered around the airship for a bit until I encountered a mettle door that was wide opened. I was hesitant, I didn't want to disturb anyone, and it would be quite possible for someone to still be sleeping in their.

But me being the daring girl that I am peeked inside anyway. I looked around the room and smiled when I saw Gon laying on the floor sleeping like a little baby.

I walked up to him and sat beside him. I wasn't sure if I should wake him up or not since we were going to land pretty soon.

But my thoughts were halted when I saw that Gon had a big bruise on his forehead. I panicked, he seemed fine but it's still not safe for someone who bumped their head so badly to suddenly fall asleep.

I ran out of the room for a few minutes then came back with a washcloth and bandages. I gently cleaned his wound then wrapped some bandages around his head which caused him to awake.

" mmm...oh hello Y/N I didn't know you were here, what are you doing? " he asked while sitting up. " you had a bruise on your forehead and I got worried, what were you and Killua doing when I left " he explained to me what went on with Chairman Netero and how Killua left have way through.

" you still have to be more careful, but I'm glad you accomplished your goal " I said to him with a light smile.

An hour or two latter the airship had finally reached its destination and all the applications got off.

We all looked around, their was pretty much nothing. Just emptiness, Beans, a member of the hunter committee started to speak.

" hello everyone, you have now just arrived at the site of the hunter exams third faze. You'll be competing here at the top of the trick tower. " Trick tower? I've heard of this place before. I think I read about it somewhere. " In order to pass this faze you must reach the base of the towers alive " Beans continued " your time limit is seventy two hours, and with that note, the hunter exams third faze may now begin. Good luck "

Beans finished and got back on the airship, I waved good bye happily. " now what, are we supposed to climb down? " asked Leorio " well is sincerely hope not, that would be suicide " answered Kurapika.

we heard someone chuckle nearby and turned to see a man with a huge grin on his face. " yeah sure for most people, but for an expert rock climber like me this will be a piece of cake. " he said confidently. It was then when I heard a noise that sounded like a few viscous and hungry birds. " um...sir I don't think that is a good idea " the sounds we're getting closer and out of nowhere huge red creatures started to circle around the tower.

" ahh! " I screamed the air pressure the animals were causing was kinda pushing me back to a point were Gon and Killua had to cover me. Or else I would have blown away. What are those thing? I have to take a picture I quickly but carefully took out my camera and took a snapshot of one of the big creatures as it carried away the man who was trying to climb down the tower in its mouth.

" ok... guess we can't go that way " said Leorio. " you ok Y/N " asked Gon " yeah I'm find it was just some wind, anyway let's find another way down " 

And with that note, all of us started to look around for a way to get to the bottom without being eaten.

After awhile I started to notice the drastic number change and decided it would be best to tell the others. " hey guys, it looks like some people have already started to head down " I said starting to walk over to Killua and Gon.

" oh really!? Then we better get a move on then if we're ever going to finish in time " said Gon in a hurry. Killua was on the ground still searching for a way down. " hey guys I think I found something, let's go tell the others " he said.

" ok but hold on theirs just one more thing I have to check first. " I said, I walked to one of the tiles I believed to be a way down and lightly pushed on it and it moved. I smiled to myself and got up not paying attention to were I was stepping.

" hey guys " Killua and Gon looked over to me. " I think I found-- whoa!! " the tile flipped me over to were I was now falling into utter darkness.

Gon's POV

" I think I found-- whoa!! " screamed Y/N the path way she had found before flipped her over and now, I assume is taking her down the tower. " Y/N!!! " yelled Killua and I as we rushed over to try and open to tile she fell through. " it's no good, I think you can only open it once " said Killua sadly.

Kurapika and Leorio started to run in our direction. " hey! What happened ...we're is Y/N!! " asked Leorio worried

" we lost her!! "
