All Went To Hell.
Max kicked the door in , we ran and scattered, shooting at everything insight.
Trying to get to cover I ran to the other side of the warehouse and hid behind a construction box.
Hearing nothing but shots, my ear turned num to the sound.
I turned to the corner seeing if I could shoot any gang members.
Hearing a bullet wiz past me I quickly pulled my head back in cover.
I stood in cover for about 5 mins, and turned to run to another spot.
THAT'S WHEN I SEEN IT .
All was quiet, except for the wind.
I stood up.
" I told you , should've went with what I said.." said a deep voice.
I swallowed hard.
Looking around at least 10 of our people were killed , 5 wounded and 20 left standing, watching the scene.
" Yo man, what the fuck? " The other figured said.
I tried not to get noticed, I stepped back bumping into a tin can, it fell to the ground, and rolled by my feet.
Shit.
The attention turned towards me.
" Oh , you too huh?, get her" the deep voice said.
Two men from our group moved to his command.
" What the fuck ? "
I tried to run but two other men from the other side met up with me. They grabbed me and pulled me toward the figure standing.
" Devin ?! "
His face was bloody as if he had bathed in blood, his clothes once black, shimmered in darkish red blood, and what seemed to be brain spatters.
Devin looked toward my attention.
" Toya , I'm .. Im .. " He stuttered.
" Your sorry ?" said the dark figure.
Devin looked to the dark figure. And spit at his shoes.
Two men came from behind and pistol whipped him.
" NO ! " I yelled.
He fell to his knees, but still stood strong.
I went to his posture, and grabbed him into my arms.
He snatched himself away from me and stood up.
" What the fuck is this ? , You planned this?" Devin asked .
" Me , not necessarily, but I did however .... Have something to do with it" said the figure.
" No ! I did this , I set this up"
A dark figured walked from a small room as if watching the whole time, and walked down the stairs.
I looked as his face was revealed.
I was pale in shock.
