Papyrus loved his brother. He truly did. But if Sans asked him any more questions, he felt he was gonna lose it.

"Do you have your cell phone?" Sans asked.

Papyrus held the device up with an unamused look.

"Yep..."

"Do you know where you're going?"

"Uh huh..." Papyrus blankly responded, holding up a list of possible job venues.

"Got any money on you?"

"You LITERALLY just gave me some."

Sans rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly.

"Oh right...heh heh..."

When he fell silent, Papyrus let out a sigh of relief. Maybe he could finally start-

"You're SURE you don't want me to go with you?"

"SANS!"

Sans couldn't help but wince nervously as Papyrus glared at him.

"Sorry..."

Papyrus let out a sigh before responding.

"Sans...I know you're just looking out for me...but I'll be fine. I'm just going into town. I'm staying far from the Golden District and I'll be back before nightfall. I've done it plenty of times. You honestly worry too much. I'm 26! I can take care of myself." Papyrus said.

Sans gave a sigh of his own.

"I know...I guess with all the stories about me floating around...I'm a bit on edge..."

Papyrus blankly stared at him as he pulled on a brown jacket.

"Sans, don't give me that excuse. You're ALWAYS on edge..."

Sans couldn't help but give a sad nod.

'If you only knew...' he thought to himself.

Papyrus quickly noted the bags under his eye sockets.

"Honestly Sans it's no wonder you're so jumpy today! Just look at yourself! When was the last time you slept?!"

Sans gulped.

"About two...or three...days ago?"

Papyrus facepalmed.

"I suspected as much. Sans...do yourself a favor and get some sleep! It's making you paranoid and affecting your health. And I'm not the only one who thinks so. I already called your other two jobs and even THEY think you should rest."

Sans' eyes widened.

"YOU WHAT?!"

Papyrus nodded.

"I did. They gave you today off...so use the opportunity to take care of yourself!"

Sans looked up to see Papyrus with a serious look.

"Remember what we talked about last night? About you starting to take better care of yourself?"

Sans gave a hesitant nod.

"Yeah..."

Papyrus placed a hand on his shoulder.
