Tina knocked three times on Betty's apartment door.

She could hear shuffling and finally when the door opened to reveal Betty Graves, she held up her hand and said

"We need to talk."

--------------------------------------

When Tina had finished with her story, Betty's hands were shaking and the teacup in her hand was rattling.

"I-I... I don't understand....." she whispered very pale.

Tina crossed her arms, "I think you do Miss Graves." She said sternly.

Betty gulped, "You have no proof, how do you expect anyone to listen to you if you don't have any evidence?" she rambled, Tina smirked and held up the letter she received from the widow and the message from Graves.

"Same hand writing, exactly the same. Care to explain Miss Graves?"

Suddenly, out of stress and anxiety, Betty burst into tears.

"I'm so sorry I didn't know what to do! My brother and I have never gotten along! So I created fake letters to show you! I swear he never tells me anything!" she sobbed.

Tina kneeled by the women's side, "It's alright Betty, what you did was wrong but I can promise you that we will find your brother." she assured the devastated woman.

----------------------------------------------------------------

Once Tina left Betty's apartment, she turned to see James hiding in the shadows.

"Well?" he asked

Tina nodded proudly "She's lying. That confession sounded way to rehearsed. I bet she knows something about Graves, we just need a search permit from the president to search her house and we'll find what we're looking for." She said confidently.

James grinned "All right! G and G detective agency is a go!" he said slinging his arm around her shoulder.

She laughed, "Don't ever say that again."

-------------------------------------------

"Hey Newt!!!"

Newt groaned and began walking faster. Leta caught up to him and walked by his side.

"Hey Newt! Hey did you know that Professor Binns still teaches here?! Isn that crazy he must be like a gazillion years old right now-"

"Look Leta I can't talk right now, I have stuff to do." Newt interrupted

Leta's face fell. "Why are you acting this way Newt? I thought we were friends..."

Newt sighed and turned to face her. "Then why didn't you respond to any of my owls when I was expelled Leta? You didn't even talk to me after the incident." he said.

"Look, Newt I'm sorry. My parents didn't want me to talk to you anymore after the expulsion. I swear I would have owled you every day if it wasn't for them." Leta protested grabbing his hand.

Leta's hand was icy cold, probably from all her work in the dungeon. Newt thought back to the Goldstein apartment, Tina's hands were warm and soft, much like honey... and blankets... and-

"Newt! Newt snap out of it!" Leta cried out.

Newt blinked realizing that he had been daydreaming.

"Er, so sorry what were we talking about?" Leta huffed, then she got an idea.

"Hey Newt, I'm free tonight, how about you take me into your suitcase and we can talk some more. I bet your beasts would love to see me!" she drawled sweetly looking up at him with big eyes.
