You were on a road trip with Tom, Harrison and your best friend Carina. You know them but you didn't know that your best friend was friend with them. You were an introvert so it took you a few days to be comfortable around new people.

"And we're done," Harrison said, rubbing his hands onto his thigh when he was done setting up your tents.

"That was quick," Carina went up to Harrison, kissing his cheeks. You looked at them weirdly, not knowing that they were a thing.

"Hold up," you said putting your hands up, "since when were you guys a thing?"

"Like two days ago." Harrison answered, you started complaining about how you were the last one to know about them. They said that they were scared that you would react badly. You told them that you were happy for them and just walked away.

You went into the wood, finding sticks for the night. You snapped your head to your right when you heard snapping of sticks under someone's heavy footsteps. You sigh when you realized that it was just Tom. He was holding sticks in his muscled arms. He smiled at you kindly as you ignore him. You weren't that comfortable near him, yet.

You continued to ignore him and collect more sticks and walked out of the wood and into the small meadow. You threw them on the floor next to the fire that was surrounded by two big tents.

The sun was already setting so you went into your shared tent, turning on your flashlight as you read your book. After two hours, you sit up from your laying position when the tent's zip got zipped down, revealing Carina.

"You can at least tell me that you're coming, I could be naked." You shook your head at her.

"Sorry, I just came to tell you that Harrison and I are going for a walk, we'll be back in an hour or so." She said as she sat next to you.

"At night?" You asked in disbelief.

"Yeah, there's nothing wrong with that. I'll see ya." And with that, she ran off with Harrison.

I guess I'm alone, you thought, forgetting the fact that Tom was in his shared tent.

After a few minutes, you went out of the tent and sat on one of the logs around the warm fire. You pulled out your phone and turned on some songs. You were a huge fan of 5 Seconds Of Summer (sorry if you don't like them) so you turned on Beside You.

You started singing loudly, unaware that Tom was behind you, listening to you. Your singing wasn't great but it wasn't bad.

You screamed when you heard him laughing. As your instincts kicked in, you picked up a stick from the floor, throwing it at him.

"Ow, it's me Tom. Please calm the fuck down." He begged you. You sighed in relief.

"Don't do that ever again." You said, pulling a strand of hair behind your ear. You picked up your phone, walking away from him angrily. You weren't angry at him but you were embarrassed that you were singing around him.

You sat on one of the big rocks and stared off into blank spaces. You liked being alone, it gives you time to think and find a more effective way for you fix your current problems.

As you got bored of staring at rocks, you looked up at the stars. You find them fascinating as you dozed off into your own mind. You were creating your own world full of the things you wanted in life.

Once again, sticks snapped behind you. You were about to grab another stick but Tom grabbed your wrist.

"It's just me once again." He said.

"For fuck sake, Tom!" You yelled in frustration, you stood up trying to walk away from him. Unfortunately, his hand was still around your wrist, holding you in place.

"Let me go," you said, trying to yank away from his grip. Tom shook his head, wrapping his other hand around your waist. He sat you back down on the log but this time he sat there with you.

"This is the most cringiest thing I've ever done." You said as he sat there with you staring off into the dark sky.

"We'll get used to it, we'll do this more often." He spoke, not looking at you. You just shake your head at tried to find your favorite constellation/star. You smiled instantly, feeling safe that you found it.

"I don't get it." He said suddenly.

"Get what?" You asked confused, tilting your head at him.

"Why people always stare off into the sky." He said, looking at you with his big brown puppy eyes.

"Because the stars are pretty, they make us feel safe." You explain.

"Still don't get it, they're just balls of hot gases." He shook his head.

"Why am I even your friend?" You asked yourself underneath your breath.

"What was that?" Tom smirked, hearing you.

"Nothing," you said, "anyways, I'm going to go now." You stood up.

Walking toward you, he wrapped his arms around you, picking you up, hurting your stomach a bit.

"What the actual fuck!?" You yelled as you trashed around in his warm arms, you loved it but you wouldn't admit it to yourself.

He unzipped your tent as he fell on his back onto the thick soft pillows you set up. His arms were still around you as you placed your hands on his hard chest after you spun yourself around facing him.

"Let go," you commanded, not understanding why he was doing what he was doing. After all you guys were barely friends, you barely talked or make eye contact. Sure you might have small crush on him but it wasn't serious.

"Nope," he answer, popping the 'p'.

You started hitting his chest repeatedly but that didn't effect him at all, his arms were still around you as you sat up, straddling him. You guys stared into each other's eyes for a minute straight.

You leaned your face down to his slowly. He leaned up to your face. His eyes were closed as he got ready to kiss your lips.

You turned your face up a bit as you pecked his cute nose.

His eyes snapped open as he looked at you in confusion, his cheeks were pink from the embarrassment.

"What the fuck?" He asked you quietly. You giggled cutely at him before you got off him, knowing that pecking his nose would make him lose his grip around your waist.

You went out of the tent, leaving Tom inside. Your eyes widened slightly when you turned around and saw Carina and Haz staring at you.

"It's not-" you started.

"Hold up, since when were you guys a thing?" Carina asked you mocking your question from before.
