With you wrapped in Tom's warm arms, it isn't easy not to think about dead line of time.  Time has never been more of an enemy to you than it is now.

Even when it's been hours of you guys just sitting there on the bed, it feels like only a few minutes. It remains you of early Monday mornings and a blink of sleep.

Tom places a kiss of your temple, pulling your back hard against his chest.

"I'm tired." You mumble quietly, blinking a few times, trying to erase the sleep that's weighing against down your lashes.

He hums, setting his chin on top of your head. You can't help but nuzzle your whole face into the space between his jaw and shoulder.

You want this to last forever and so does he.

"Just a few more minutes." He slides his back down the head board of the bed, putting you onto of him as his back finally hits the soft bouncy mattress.

The clock reads 05:34 A.M.

It's too early for you to leave him.

You flip yourself over on top of him and place your head on his chest. His breathing is steady. He is calm and at peace but he won't be a few hours after this.

"Wouldn't it be nice if we could stay here forever?" You ask as you draw circles with your finger tips on his muscles.

"You know we can't." Tom swirls a few strains of your hair around his fingers.

You cling to his body like the world was going to end that morning. It's not to others but to you, that is just it.

The world shared between you and Tom is coming to an end. You're going to have to leave him.

"I don't want to go," you pout, eye lids dipping lower and lower.

"It's fine, (Y/n). It's okay." He whispers into your ears before placing a kiss on your forehead.

You guys haven't slept all night as you guys are trying to stay together as long as possible.

"It's not to me." Your head jerks up and your eyes shoot towards Tom's own brown ones.

Tom sighs, "Let's pretend that nothing is going to come between us, not even death."

He uses his hands to pull your face towards his. Your lips meet in a soft kiss.

Tom tilts his head just a little so that he can see the look on your face when your guard is down one last time.

You guys continue to kiss until it feels like someone is clutching onto your heart, suffocating you.

You break away from the kiss.

Eyes now open and breathing heavy, you collapse down onto his chest again with your legs tangled up in the sheets.

"You can sleep, you know?"

"No." You shake your head a little and whine.

Sliding off him, you lay down on your side, arms around his torso, face in his neck and lips pecking his jaw.

Reality draws down on you both as the sun peaks through the curtains.

Everything is going to be fine. You always tell yourself that. But today, you just can't seem to do so.

You can't pretend and hide from reality anymore.
