and yes I lied when I said I was going to update the next day in the other chapter.

"Guys look, it's Y/n with her cakey face once again, she's probably going to be a stripper when she's older," Flash laughed loudly, pointing at you.

"Whatever, Flash. At least I don't need to make fun of people to be popular and have friends." You said, walking pass him and his friends in the hallway.

People in school loved to make fun of your makeup since it was always dark. You always put thick eyeliner on your eyelids. People could barely recognize you when you take your makeup off. Only your family know what you really looked like.

You also only had one friend which was enough for you. Michelle was the only person who know that you truly look like with the makeups other than your family.

"Mom, I'm going to the small ice cream shop. I'll be back in about one hour!" You yelled from your room after you removed your makeup, now your face was 100% makeup free.

"Okay but call me if anything happens." She answered from the kitchen. You stride out of your room and out your apartment.

It took you a few minutes to get to the ice cream shop but you enjoyed the walk. The shop was almost full but luckily there was one extra table in the corner of the shop. After you ordered, you pulled your black hoodie over your head, avoiding as much people as possible.

Meanwhile, two boys were looking at you, kind of scared to go up to you.

"Just ask her Peter, she's sitting alone." Ned said, and pushed Peter forward a bit.

"Dude, no. I don't even know her." Peter said, turning his body around. "We can't jut go up to a stranger and asked her if we could sit with her."

"But there are free seats on the table she's at, I don't think she will mind." Ned said and push Peter once again.

"Ugh, fine just because this Monday and I need something sweet." Peter said and fidgeted with the hem of his blue sweater with his cute sweater-paw.

Peter's heart was hammering against his rip cage as he begin to sweat from the nervousness. He was never good at talking to pretty girls.

Slowly, Peter walked up to you. When he was about  3 meters away from you, he stopped and tried to retrace his steps but Ned stopped him, tilting his head towards you, telling him that there was no going back.

Peter groaned silently to himself before he walked toward you once again. He stood in front of your table.

You peered up from your phone when you saw somebody's shadow casting over your table. Your eyes widened when you realized that the person was peter Parker from your school. Your eyes went back to normal when you realized that he wouldn't be able to recognize you.

"Uhm I was- my friend and I was wondering if we could..you know sit on this table since we noticed that you're a-alone  and there are free seats. " Peter said, touching his neck as Ned stood behind him, grinning at you.

You were about to smile because of Ned but you fight back the smile and nodded at them. Peter blew air out of his mouth and sat on the seat in front of you as Ned sat next to him.

"You look familiar," Ned said out of the blue after a few minutes of eating your guys' ice creams in silent, "are you from Midtown?" Ned asked, pinching Peter's sweater, lifting it up for you to see.
