You almost can't imagine what his hands would would like in yours, after all you've never even touched or pay lots of attention to it until now.
The urge to reach your hand out for Peter's is unbearable, you can always feel yourself shaking when your hand is almost touching his. It's nerve wrecking.

The fear of him taking his hand away from yours is building up slowly yet deadly. Your hand shakes just at the thought of making any skin contact with Peter. Your finger tips could just be touching his skin and you'd tremble.

You wanted to touch him in all the wrong and right places but you're just too afraid. The thoughts of him thinking you're a needy person strikes against your pounding heart like a hammer. You have no idea why you guys haven't done anything yet, you've been dating for almost a month.

In those times though, the most you two have ever done was, look away at each other and blush furiously. You guys can't even talk with one another anymore, the tension's building up.

You haven't held hands, talk like  normal human beings and make proper eye contacts, you guys have only walk next to each other down the crowded hallways(not all the time)— but you've been doing that since you two met so it's nothing new.

"You gotta do something, Peter." Ned exclaims loudly, almost loud enough to catch a few attentions from the others. Realising his mistakes, he quickly covered his mouth with his hands.

"Like what, Ned?" Peter asks back whilst staring at you who is just leaning against the locker, talking to your fellow friends, ignoring the fact that you could be talking to your so called boyfriend instead.

"Nobody has ever told me that relationship is this hard," Peter leans his head against the locker, chin facing up as he silently preys for things to be easier.

"Have you guys held hands?" Ned questions Peter.

"Well.. N-no." He scratches the back of his own neck, he's also getting frustrated.

"Well, why not? You've been together for almost a month, this isn't normal." Ned stated.

"I... I don't know, Ned. It doesn't feel right."

It's not like he doesn't want to hold your hands and do thing people who are in relationships do. The truth is that he's dying to kiss your lips, hold your hands, talk like before and not be awkward around each other.

Peter is just afraid of rejections. He doesn't want you to think that he's being needy.

As your friends leave, you let out a sigh filled with loneliness, it's almost painful to watch them go 'cause now you're alone and have nobody to talk to.

There's about fifteen minutes left until the lunch break is over and you have nothing to do. Just like always.

You'd hope that your boyfriend, Peter, would come and talk to you or you would be able to build enough courage to go to him but that hope is long gone since none of you would actually do anything about the situation.

Turning on your heels, your head falls down slightly as you begin to walk down the hallway by yourself just like every other day.

Knowing that Peter is probably watching you sends chills screaming down your spine, along with goosebumps that appears like chicken pox.

"Y/—." He tries but fails to actually call out your name. You're already gone. "Damn it."

"School is ending in five and it's Friday so free time or you can just leave right away. I don't care." The teacher shooed the students before she goes back to her desk.
