So um I wrote this when I had writers block so this chapter is very boring, you can skip it. Not exactly Halloween theme but Happy Halloweennn.

"Alright, Jaden you ready to go?" I ask my little brother who is 8 years old, he stands up after he tied his shoes. Jaden nods his head at me before he grabs my hands. The road is filled with kids and their siblings trick or treating at 7 pm. Some are eating the candy and some are laughing with their friends.

Adults and kids dress up as  'scary' characters, jogging and skipping happily, holding hands just like my brother and I.

For half and hour we go to houses, asking for candies. Our hands and pockets and small pumpkin buckets(I don't know that they're called) are filled with candies, pretty sure that we won't eat all of them but having more than we need is better than having less than we need. Both are equally bad.

"How about you knock the door this time?" Jaden asks when we stopped in front of a flat. I just shake my head and step closer to the door.

I raise my hand up and knock my knuckles on the wooden door. We wait for a few seconds before the door open, revealing a boy with reddish-brown hair who is a bit taller than Jaden.

"Trick or treat!" Jaden yells cheerfully, raising the extra plastic bag we brought in cast we get too much candies.

"Hi, please wait a few seconds my brother is getting more candy from the kitchen." The boy says, before glancing back into the flat.

"That's okay," I say and smile at him kindly as he smiles back. We wait for a few more seconds before we hear footsteps coming from the flat. A teenage boy appears behind the young boy.

His hair is slick back with hair gel but I can tell that his hair are curly, his jawline sharp like knives, and his eyes are the prettiest thing I've ever seen(other than his face). He is wearing a bear onesie, holding bags of chocolates.

"Sorry I was a bit slow, but I uh have chocolates so I hope you guys like that." The boy says not looking up from the chocolates in his hand. But when he does, he stops his action and stares into my eyes like a weirdo.

"You okay?" I ask after a few seconds of him staring. He blinks his eyes and coughed before he nods. I can see his eyes shifting down the rest of my body before they return for to my face.

"Here, take this," he says, grabbing a handful of chocolate bars and places them in my brother's bag.

"Thank you so much," my brother and I say at the same time. Jaden and the little boy start making some conversations with each other about toys video games and candies as the teenage boy and I stand there awkwardly in silence.

"Tom, why don't you take Paddy trick or treating?" I heard a women say inside the flat.

"I don't think he wants to." The boy, Tom says.

"I do and I just made a friend so maybe we can go with them." The little boy, Paddy says.

"Is that okay, Y/n?" Jaden turns to me and asks.

"Of course." I say, and turn around to ask the boy if he is coming and he answered with a nod. Tom goes inside and grab a few bags for himself and his little brother.

Once again we walk around the street and go to different flats and houses. Paddy and Jaden are talking happily, telling some Halloween puns and jokes.

"So your name is Y/n?" Tom asks me as we walk in dark street full of kids.

"Yeah." I answer. He purses his lips when he notices that I didn't ask him back. Meaning that I'm not interested in talking to him.

"What's your brother's name?" He asks, and shifts closer to me as we walk. I glance up and down at his bear onesie before I answer.

"Jaden and yours?" I ask back even though I heard his mom from before.

"Paddy, so why aren't you wearing any custom?" He ask, pointing at me slightly.

"I just don't feel like it." I shrug my shoulders. "And you're a bear."

He laughs and nods his head before we stop talking and just watch the boys. We walk and walk until a group of teenage boys stop us.

"Tom!" I hear someone call.

"Hi guys, nice customs." Tom compliments at the group before he told Paddy and Jaden to go and play with other kids.

"Is that your girlfriend?" One of them walks up to us, pointing at me as I take a step back, blushing slightly.

"N-no, Max she's not." Tom stutters for no reason.

"Then I'll take my chances." The boy says and walks closer to me as I continue to take a step back.

"I think she's scared of you bro," of the boy in the group says. And to be honest this Max dude looks pretty scary with his custom on and he's very intimidating.

When Max is close enough, he reaches his hand out and grabs my wrist quite tightly but his friends including Tom wouldn't know that since it is dark.

"I see you're not wearing any custom, you know what you should be for Halloween? Mine." He say confidently causing me to cringe under my skin. A meter away I can see Tom crunching up his nose, telling me that he finds it cringey too.

"No thanks, I'm good." I say and use my other hand to peel off his grip on my wrist but he's too strong for me. My expression change dramatically and I think Tom notices.

"I think we should go now," Tom says, walking towards us and pulls Max's hand off my wrist which I am thankful for.

"But you guys just got here." Max says, glancing back at his friends signaling them to agree with him.

"Doesn't matter, we're going to go now." Tom says quite angrily, stepping in front of me, his chest pressing Max's. Behind him, Tom grabs onto my hand and takes us away from the group of boys.

"You okay? You looked like you needed a little help." He asks, still holding on to my hand.

"Yeah, thanks." I say and look down our feet.

"So uh I know we just met but maybe you can be Honey?" He asks, causing me to become confused as we walk to the boys.

"Honey?" I ask.

"You know I'm in a bear onesie and maybe you can be honey?" He squints one of his eyes nervously.

"Sure but as friends for now." I say, and walk Tom and Paddy home.

"That's uh fine, I just think you're very pretty and I think you're amazing even though we didn't quite have a great conversations." Too be honest though, I don't get how he could like someone in the time of an hour.

"They're holding hands." I heard Jaden says causing the both of us to look at our hands and pulled away right away, blushing like crazy. Our cheeks red like the drunk people's faces.

"Anyway, this is my flat, can I maybe have your number?" Personally I think he's going too fast but that's fine, I'll take my chances it's rare for someone to ask me for my number.

"Sure," we exchange our numbers as the boy's say their good byes.

"You ready?" I ask, Jaden nods his head and waves and Paddy and Tom. They said that they had fun and then close the door.

"So you and Tom?" Jaden asks.

"Not exactly." I answer, holding his hand once again.

"I'm telling mommy." He says, as I shake my head in respond.
