Chapter 34

Bianca's POV

"Thank you so much for coming with me." Ngiti ko kay Brent.

We're currently here at the medical mission the fundraising event was about to held. Niyaya ko siya na samahan ako at sinamahan niya ako.

"Anything my queen." He smiled.

Dumating ang lunch break at magkasama kaming kumain. This felt so nice. Sinusubuan niya ako habang nakasandal ako sa kanya.

I wish this never ends.

Well, it ended when someone called him. He took his phone out at tinignan niya kung sinong tumatawag. Hindi ko na tinignan kasi privacy niya yun and I respect that.

Nagpaalam siya at sinagot ang tawag.

I guess it's about work. He might be in trouble just because he came here with me instead of staying at the company. I stood up and walked closer to him until a co-doctor called me to check an emergency patient.

The whole day we had was exhausting, but his presence and care took it all away.

I'm so happy that I'm here, lying my head on his shoulders as my doctor friend drive us home.

When we got home, I went straight to my bed not minding if I'm still wearing my shoes.

I was about to close my eyes when I felt him taking my shoes off. Then I watch him as he prepare a sponge bath for me. He's so cute while he nurses me. He gently dab the sponge on me as he keep on repeating for me to relax.

After that, he went out and told me to change my clothes. Ayaw niyang siya ang gumawa nun, nahihiya pa daw siya sa akin. Funny, isn't it? But that make me see him more of a person.

I was about to doze off, again, when I smelled that mouth-watering chicken curry of his. Napatayo tuloy ako at pumunta sa kitchen.

"Mmm." I smiled as I lean on the table. "Yung niluto ba ang masarap?" I teasingly said while wiggling my eyebrows.

"Yes, it's the chicken." Brent said before hugging me.

We had a fun late dinner while talking about the medical mission. After eating, he insisted to wash the dishes and he also told me to go to sleep.

I went back to the room and lied on the bed. I heard his phone vibrate and notify a message but I didn't touched it. It's his privacy.

After maybe ten minutes, he went inside the room and lied beside me. I told him that he received a messgae but I didn't look at it or even who sent it.

He took his phone and read it.

"May pupuntahan lang ako bukas, okay my queen?" He said and kissed my forehead.

It's fine with me kung saan niya gusto pumunta as long as safe siya doon at masaya naman siya. I'm not the type of person or girlfriend to tie a lace around his neck and keep him all for myself.

Brent's POV

Naunang umalis si Bianca. She needs to report at the hospital for their medical mission yesterday.

I took a quick shower and wore black pants and leathered jacket. I also used my black cap and black face mask to hide my identity.

Pumunta na ako sa sinabi niyang lugar. It's a bit public 'cause its a restaurant. Good thing there's not much costumers.

I saw her seating beside a big window, wearing her cream dress. She sat there, looking out on the window. I walked with my head down and silently sat opposite to her.

"Buti dumating ka." She smiled. "I thought hindi ka na dadating."

"Let's just eat." I coldly reply.

"Ganyan ka ba noong tayo pa lang?" Tanong niya with her head tilted sidewards.

"Kung may gusto ka pang puntahan, sasamahan na lang kita." Sabi ko. "Wag lang sa mataong lugar."

"Okay, kain na tayo." She forcefully smiled. "By the way, nag-order na ako. I ordered your fave."

Pagkatapos naming kumain, lumabas na kami ng restaurant at naglakad lakad sa mall.

"Why can't you take off your cap and mask? Isama mo na din yang jacket mo." Mahina niyang tawa.

Hindi ko na siya pinansin at nagpatuloy na lang sa paglalakad. Pumunta kami sa mga store na gustong gusto niya at binili lahat ng gusto niya.

I hold her paper bags and silently wait for her to finish shopping. It took almost 4 hours for her to complete her shopping session.

We were walking out of mall when she stopped all of a sudden and run towards an ice cream stall.

I sat on a round bench nearby and took off half of my mask. I took a deep breathe. As I watch her buy ice cream, I remembered Bianca.

Guilt flooded me. Am I already cheating on her? But this is for our own good. Pagkatapos nito, wala ng Eclaire sa buhay namin.

We will live happily together. Forever.

Chantal's POV

"Yes Roch." I said habang naghahanap ng magandang dress na isusuot ko mamaya sa midnight party sa condo namin mamaya. I'll be the MC so I should be the one to standout the most.

"Okay then. I'll call you kapag nasa labas na kami ng venue." Sabi ni Roch before hanging up the call.

Pagkapili ko ng isusuot ko, lumabas na ako. I saw an ice cream stall at bibili sana ako. Pero I saw a cute couple.

Ganyan din sana kami kung hindi kami nag-away. Ma-pride kasi siya! He always wants his way! Ang laki ng ego niya!

Tinignan ko yung girl, she reminds me of someone. Tumigil ako sa paglalakad at inalala kung sino.

Eclaire!

I was about to approach her pero bumili siya ng ice cream at tumalikod. Yung guy na kasama niya, he sat on the metal round bench na malapit lang sa stall.

He gently took half of the mask covering his face.

Brent?

Lalapit pa sana ako pero biglang tumawag si, ugh! I don't wanna mention his name!

Kinausap ko siya pero hindi ko maalis ang tingin ko kay "Brent". Still not sure.

Pinuntahan siya ni Eclaire at sinubuan siya ng ice cream.

I thought break na sila. And he's already in a relationship with the Bianca girl.

Wala namang sinasabi sina Phoenix sa akin na break na sila ni Bianca girl ha.

But, is that really Brent?

Kamukha niya, his body shape is as same as his. The way he sits. The way he walks.

Matagal ko nang nakasama yang si Brent and I already know most about him. At isa dun is that, he'll never ever cheat on his current girl.

Umalis na ako at bumalik na lang sa condo.

I still can't think, kung si Brent man talaga yun, that he'll really cheat on that Bianca girl.
