11: Sports

Chase's POV:
It was Friday, after Homeroom and everyone was at their lockers. I was talking to Skye when Zuma and Shimmer walk in, holding hands.
Chase: "My man!"
Zuma: "Sup Chase."
Chase: "Hey."
Zuma: "So, how long 'till Marshall comes back?"
Chase: "27 days."
Zuma: "Dang... anyways, going to class. Seeya later!"
Chase: "Peace bro!"
Lunchtime....
The group was all sitting at the table when Zuma and Shimmer walk in.
Skye: "You guys are always the last!"
Zuma: "Yeah. I was grabbing some papers. Look."
Chase: "Huh?"
Zuma: "Let's make a promise that EVERYONE in the group gets involved in a school sport."
Chase: "Fine with me."
Skye: "Sports isn't really my thing..."
Chase: "It's alright Skye. You'll get used to it."
Zuma: "Here are all the forms."
Rubble: "Hm... I'll do football!"
Chase: "I'll do track."
Zuma: "You know what I'm picking. Swimming for life!"
Skye: "Hm... I don't really like sports so I'm staying with Chase."
Everest: "They don't have any snow activities? Wow. Maybe I'll do track. I'm a pretty good runner."
Zuma: "Grab the papers, sign up, and turn it in after lunch. Tryouts begin after school.
Chase: "After school Friday? Ugh."
Zuma: "I know right. Let's all meet up after school and talk."
Skye: "AFTER we take showers!!!"
Zuma: "Oh right. Haha. Wait, babe you haven't picked a sport yet."
Shimmer: "I'm pregnant."
Zuma: "Right. But excersizing while pregnant keeps the baby healthy so sign up for one before it gets too big!"
Shimmer: "I know but you have to wear some skinny gym clothes, my belly will show."
Zuma: "Right... I'll give you a free pass. But next year you're trying out!"
Shimmer: "I might drop out because I have a baby to take care of."
Zuma: "Can we discuss this later because we're kinda in public."
Shimmer: "Right. Bell just rung. Let's go to our next class!"
After school
Zuma: "Swimming tryouts yeah!"
Chase: "Everyone in the group is doing track but the two lovebirds."
Zuma: "Whatever."
Shimmer: "Zuma before you go off to tryouts, can we talk about the baby now?"
Zuma: "Okay. But quick. Don't drop out. As a lady, education is more important. I'll drop out and take care of the baby."
Shimmer: "But what about your education?"
Zuma: "I know what to do in my future. What do you want to be?"
Shimmer: "Swimmer in the olympics."
Zuma: "You need to go to college to do that."
Shimmer: "I guess you're right. Thanks babe and good luck!"
Zuma: "Bye!"
Zuma kissed her on the cheek and he ran to the pool.
Track:
Coach: "Okay! Next up is, Skye Clouds!"
Skye: "I can do this!"
She did the training and stuff.
Coach: "Great job Skye! Next up,..."
They did a few more people until it was Everest's turn.
Everest's POV:
Running is my second favorite sport. First is. Snowboarding, of course! Finished the obstacle course in ease.
Coach: "Great job! Next up, Chase Stone."
Chase's POV:
Track is my favorite thing EVER. I'm so committed into running. Finished everything in about 5 seconds
Coach: "Wow Chase, guaranteed spot on the list! We don't need to even wait for the results! Good job, Chase."
The Whole crowd apploded as I sat down.
After the the last few people, it was over.
Swimming:
Zuma's POV:
Guess who's going to swim last? Me, Zuma Weavers. They're doing it by alphabetical order so R.I.P to me. After about 45 minutes, I dive in and swam all the way to the other end of the pool in about 6.47 seconds. The average time was 10 seconds
Coach: "Impressive Zuma! You have a garenteed spot! Good luck in the tournament!"
Everyone got finished and they headed home, took a shower and headed to the park. Chase came with Skye first.
Chase: "Guess nobody's here yet."
Skye: "Hm. Gets pretty quiet."
Chase: "So watcha wanna do while everyone is coming?"
Skye: "This."
Skye pulled chase in for a kiss and they made about for about 5 minutes until Marshall came, he snuck out again.
Marshall: "I'm here! Oh. Oops...?"
Chase: "O-Oh M-Marshall. Wats up?"
Marshall: "I saw that! You guys are so cute together!"
Skye: "Whatever. When are the rest coming?"
Marshall: "I don't know. Everest is coming soon though."
Chase: "How do you know? You don't have a phone remember..."
Marshall: "Everest gave me her old phone so we could text on there. It's all cracked up but it works pretty well, sorta."
After that, Everest comes in.
Marshall: "Hey babe."
Everest: "Hey Marshy."
Chase: "EEEEW!"
Marshall: "You're the last person to be saying eww because you and Skye were just making out in a public park."
Everest: "Oh my God really? That's so cuteeeee!"
Then Zuma and Shimmer walk in.
Zuma: "Guys swimming was so fun! I got a automatic spot just by doing good!"
Chase: "Same bro! I'm really fast. Wonder if I could get into the Olympics one day. The Usain Bolt from Adventure Bay."
Zuma: "Dream on. I'll be the Micheal Phelps of Adventure Bay."
Marshall: "Oh you guys are doing sports?"
Chase: "Yeah when you come back to school you should try them."
Marshall: "When you're suspended you can't participate in any extracurricular activities.
Zuma: "Sucks to be you, bro."
Marshall: "I'm not really into sports anyways."
Chase's POV:
Perfect time to text Rovky and tell him to come. They need to make up. Why not wait till their suspension is over? Nah, do it now!
Chase: Hey Rocky.
Rocky: What
Chase: Come to the park so we can hang out.
Rocky: Sure.
Rocky's POV:
I come to the park, there's a lot of people. And I see, MARSHALL??? Why is he here? I text Chzse.
Rocky: Why is Marshall there?
Chase: Just come on!
Rocky: No way!
I heard Chase scream from miles away.
Chase: "Rocky!! Come on!!!"
Marshall: "Rocky? Nah I'm out."
Chase: "Marshall wait!"
Marshall climbed up the ladder in his backyard  and went inside his room.
Everest: "Way to blow the meeting, Chase."
Chase: "What? Admit it, they need to make up."
Everest: "He's a sexual assaulter! I'm out. Skye, come to my house.
Skye: "Okay!"
Shimmer: "I'm going home."
Zuma: "I'm going home too. My parent must be worried, and African parents give the hardest beatings."
Not being stereotypical my parents are African lol.
I just stood there. I really messed up. I'll just wait until their suspension is over.....
