Shyama's POV
I woke up a bit happy becaue I really wanted to be with Atif.
I decided to call and check up on him.
"Hello," he said sleepy.
"Hi," I said.
"Uummm, I just called to see if you were feeling better," I said.
"Ya. I spoke with Mithul last night," he said.
"Okay. I'm sorry if I woke you up," I said.
"It's okay. I had to be up anyways," he said.
"Okay," I said and we hung up.
Our conversations were so awkward. Hopefully that gets better soon.
Atif's POV
I was still suprised that she called in the morning.
She is wife material but I am hurt and it's because of her.
She needs a taste of her own medicine.
There was a knock which took me out of my thoughts.
"Come in," I said.
I was at work so I thought it would be a co-worker.
I was so mad when Nandika walked in.
"What the hell are you doing here?" I asked.
"Babe," she said.
"Get out! I don't want to see you," I said pissed.
"What the hell are you talking about?" She asked.
"What am I talking about?" I questioned.
I got my phone and showed those pictures.
"This is what I'm talking about," I said.
Her face went pale. I guess she thought I would never find out.
"Now get out," I said.
I saw dad walk by.
"It's because you want to be with that b*tch. She doesn't even care about you," she said.
That explains why she called me this morning, I sarcastically thought to myself.
"She does care. In fact, more than you ever did," I said.
I can't tell if I want to hurt Shyama or not anymore.
"You will come back to me," she said. "You can't live without me."
"Get out!" I yelled at her and she left.
I went to find Dad and he was in a meeting.
Not caring, I walked in.
"I'm ready to get married," I said and told him that I spoke with Shyama already.
"Okay. We will have an engagement party in 3 weeks," he said.
"No engagement. I want to get married. I'll give her a ring when I see her later on," I said.
I had no plans to see her but I was mad and said that.
"Alright," Dad said and I left.
Looks like I'm getting married.
