What to do...

I went on my phone and looked through my social media.

I saw a video of Aera, Cheol and the boys in their hotel drinking and I laughed.

I'm glad they're having fun here in Canada.

Jungkook's phone was vibrating on the nightstand.

Should I pick it up?

Whatever.

I went to pick up his phone and I heard a male's voice.

"Jungkook?"

I remember this voice.

"Mr. Park?"

"Christine? How are you? It's been so long since we've talked."

"Mr. Park! I missed you so much. What makes you call Jungkook at this time?"

"I just wanted to check up on Jimin and Jungkook. So when I called Jimin he said he was at your house."

"Mm, he's doing great! How are you?" I said cheerfully.

"I'm fine, but hey, tell Jungkook I said hi."

"Okay, take care of yourself."

"Mm, you too."

He ended the call and Jungkook walked in.

"Who was that?" Jungkook said getting closer to the bed.

"It was Mr. Park. He just wanted to say hi--" I groaned and reached to my shoulders.

"What's wrong?" Jungkook said sitting on the bed touching the spot on your back where you touched.

"My upper back just hurts. It's fine."

"Here, lie down." He pat the bed.

I laid down on my stomach and he started to massage my upper back.

"Tomorrow's the party." I sighed.

He took care of me. Delicately massaging my back.

"I hate to tell you this but i dont want to go."

I sat up and looked at him.

"Huh? What do you mean?" I sadly said.

"I just realized it's really dangerous and--"

"And how about me?"

My anger was sorta building up.

I didn't want to get into a fight with Jungkook.

"And of course you're not gonna go either Christine because I can't let you." He said calmly.

I stood up and out my hands on my hips. "I'm going Jungkook and I'm sorry that if anything happens--"

"Happens?" He stood up as well. "Christine, something already happened and it was bad enough."

"There's people there Jungkook everything will be oka--"

"No, it's not okay. It'eally not." He raised his voice a bit higher.

"Jungkook, there's nothing to be afraid of. If you don't want to go then I'll go by myself because of Leah. She was my bestfriend and I want to talk to her again. And i want to know what she's doing now and--"

"I'm afraid of losing you okay?!" He yelled. "I don't want to lose you too."

My heart aches everytime he talks about that.

"Well then come with me Jungkook. Please."

"I can't do that to you, to us."

I heard Jangmi crying and went passed Jungkook to get her.

I went back into my room with her in my arms.

"As I was saying--"

"Jungkook, I don't want to hear it."

He walked to the bed and laid down. He sighed.

"It's okay Jungkook, you don't have to go. I'll go myself." I rocked Jangmi.

Me and Jungkook never talked ever since yesterday.

We slept on the edge of our beds and faced a different way.

I was changing and walked out to Jangmi's room.

I held her gently in my arms and the gave her to my mom.

I didn't see Jungkook anywhere this morning when I woke up.

"Okay mom. I'll see you later on tonight." I put my shoes on. "The boys are coming over right?"

"Mhm! Just be careful." I saw her through the kitchen holding Jangmi.

"Have you seen Jungkook... Actually nevermind."

I walked outside and closed the door.

I was reaching for my car but I felt a hand grab mine. I looked back.

"What are you doing Jungkook?" I didn't look into his eyes but I looked down at his hands.

I know it hasn't been long but it felt like forever not touching him.

"I can't let you go."

"Jungkook, we had this discussion already." I said looking to the side.

"I'm coming."

My eyes widened then it finally met his.

"I'm sorry okay? But if anything goes wrong with you at the party, I'm going to kill someone." He said letting my hand go.

I nodded.

"Okay."
