I put on all my clothes and walked into Nahmir's room. He was on his phone.
"Aren't you coming?" I asked.

He groaned loudly and got up. "Fine. Gimme my keys- wait, don't you got a car?"

He laughed and we went downstairs where I saw Talia on the couch watching TV and my dad on his phone at the kitchen.
"We leaving." I said, grabbing the front door handle.
"Wait!" I heard my dad. He came over to me. "Please, no more fighting. I swear imma kill you if I hear that you get suspended or expelled. Again."
"So what I'm hearing is, fight people who look at me dirty."
"Taymor Travon McIntyre." He said sternly.
"Aight, dang it was a joke." I walked out with Nahmir at my side.
"You fight?" He asked as we got in the car.
"Hell yea. I thought I made that obvious yesterday when we was fighting." I said.
